Carole Radziwill TRASHES Bethenny Frankel Amid Her Crusade Against Bravo
The feud between Real Housewives of New York City alums, Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill, has reignited amid Bethenny’s crusade against Bravo and NBCUniversal.
Last week, Carole claimed during an appearance on Heather McDonald’s “Juicy Scoop” podcast that it was Donald Trump’s ex lawyer, Michael Cohen, who snapped the photo of Luann de Lesseps’ then-fiancé, Tom D’Agostino, lip-locked with another woman during their engagement.
Bethenny jumped on TikTok to shoot down the story, calling the account, “insignificant and stupid.”
“Only because I love you and because many of you have asked me in the comments will I comment on something so insignificant and so stupid and it is that no, Michael Cohen did not take the photo at The Regency of Tom,” the brash businesswoman said in a since-deleted video.
“The woman who did take the photo at the Regency is texting me right now. People should not quit their day jobs, and you need to trust and check your choices because it’s dangerous to listen to just anybody spew their mouth off about something they know nothing about,” she continued.
Carole, 59, responded to the diss via her Instagram Story, commenting:
“I normally do not respond to moronic comments by ‘a source close to Frankel.’ But it’s a masterclass in gaslighting [and] deflection of narcs.”
She added a screenshot of an article in which Bethenny commented — “Who cares? Carole Radziwill has talked extensively about her journalism career. Maybe she should call Michael Cohen.”
Carole added — “I did speak to Cohen… that was the point of the story. He was the source, dum-dum.”
On Monday, Carole bashed Bethenny, 53, calling her former friend “not very intelligent.” A “Housewives” Instagram fan account posted an image of the Skinnygirl mogul alongside an opinion regarding Bethenny’s ongoing campaign to hold Bravo and NBCUniversal accountable for allegedly mistreating and underpaying their reality stars.
The fan account wrote alongside the image — “Bethenny is smart, no question about it. But would she be who she is without Bravo? I don’t think so. This whole thing is an interesting move and I’ll be interested to see how it shakes out.”
Carole chimed in, but misspelled the first word in her comment.
She wrote — “Shrewed [sic] perhaps but she’s actually not very intelligent.”
Many users pointed to the irony of one person slamming another’s intelligence using a misspelled word.
One fan pointed out — “You can’t spell shrewd wrong and call someone not intelligent.”
A second person called the comment “comical,” and a third advised — “Always, always check for typos before delivering a serve.”
Carole only reiterated her opinion, adding in a thread under her original remark — “Here’s the thing people in this country equate accumulation of wealth with intelligence even in the face of a mountain of evidence to the contrary.”
The former ABC journalist concluded — “Money does not equal intelligence. So I said what I said.”
Last year, Carole bashed Bethenny’s “ReWives” podcast concept, quipping on social media — “Oh lordy…how original …”
The “Widows Guide to Sex and Dating” author sniped — “But she did build her brand by trashing& mocking women specifically the HWs & Betheny always returns to what she does best. I mean right out the gate she trash talks the other HW podcasts. Lol. Good luck to her. Somethings will never change.”
