Lenny Hochstein DESPERATE To Withdraw Lucrative Divorce Settlement With Lisa Hochstein After His Engagement
Lenny Hochstein has walked back the divorce settlement he struck with his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein.
The plastic surgeon filed an emergency petition on August 10 to rescind the agreement, Page Six reports.
A second filing revealed that Lenny Hochstein’s attorney had consulted with the Real Housewives of Miami star’s lawyer, and both sides agreed to resolve the conflict outside of court.
Lenny Hochstein, 57, also asked that the voided settlement be kept under wraps, noting in the confidentiality agreement that he filed his petition in “anticipation” of Lisa, 41, rejecting the settlement.
An insider told the outlet that Lenny is trying to “bankrupt” his ex by dragging out the legal process and forcing the reality star into the “low-ball” offer.
The ex-couple’s headline-grabbing divorce battle raged on for months before the pair hammered out a settlement deal in June, per court documents obtained by Page Six.
In early July, it appeared that the couple was close to settling their issues, and had even agreed that Lisa would move out of their Miami mansion, in September.
The surgeon popped the question to his 27-year-old girlfriend only weeks later, seemingly reigniting the nasty social media back-and-forth. Lisa called out her soon-to-be ex for proposing to his “mistress,” and Lenny’s mother inserted herself into the drama when she dissed the mother of her two grandchildren.
“I will be very happy that this time you are getting a woman who love [sic] and respect you,” Marina Hochstein wrote in the comment section beneath Lenny and Katharina Mazepa’s joint Instagram announcement.
She added — You certainly did not have that in your previous marriage. Good luck congratulations.”
Lenny went on to slam the Peacock star for calling herself a “victim” in a subsequent interview with Us Weekly.
“I told [Lisa] that we were going to get divorced and that I was going to start seeing other people. I’m tired of Lisa’s false victim narrative,” he told the outlet. “She’s no victim. She’s a selfish, self-centered person who cares about nothing past herself. Not me, not the children. Absolutely nothing.”
The mom of two fired back, telling Page Six that Lenny was “so desperate for attention” that he “staged” his proposal in Ibiza weeks after officially getting engaged to the model.
“Now look who’s acting like a real housewife,” Lisa jabbed, adding that he is a “man with many problems.”
She added — “Stop being so thirsty.”
Last month, Katharina Mazepa took to Instagram while vacationing in Spain to share photos from the couple’s romantic getaway.
“On top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to steal me away forever,” Mazepa captioned the shocking post.
Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa after a 12-year marriage, in May 2022. The exes share two children together, Logan, 7, and 3-year-old daughter, Elle.
