Sutton Stracke Does Not Believe Menopause Made Erika Jayne BONE SKINNY Amid Allegations of Ozempic Use

Sutton Stracke isn’t buying Erika Jayne’s claim that her slimmer physique is the result of menopause.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star sat down with Us Weekly to promote her boutique’s new Circular Fashion House, and was asked about her co-star’s weight loss transformation.

“I’ve been through the menopause, but I still don’t look like that, but OK,” the 51-year-old quipped.

Erika addressed her obvious weight loss during an August 1 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.” The singer asserted that she dropped the pounds “hormonally.”

Host, Andy Cohen, teased — “Not Ozempic-ally?”

“I was going through menopause,” Erika replied, adding, “so I took it all down.”

Ozempic is one brand name for semaglutide and tirzepatide — also known as Wegovy and Mounjaro — medications that work in the brain to thwart the user’s appetite.

Erika Jayne only doubled down when guest, Jackie Hoffman, expressed doubt that any woman “loses weight in menopause.”

“I went to the doctor and I said get it off me,” the “Pretty Mess” personality explained, adding that she did not want to “trigger” any viewers with her personal story.

“We have this conversation in Beverly Hills and we have a cast member with an eating disorder,” she added, referring to co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff, who shared about her struggle with bulimia, last season.

Sutton made it clear that she was impressed by Erika’s weight loss success, despite her shady commentary.

“Well, good lord. … I need to do whatever she’s doing,” Sutton admitted.

The designer also teased that fans can expect to see a renewed friendship between the two on RHOBH Season 13.

“I think Erika and I have always had this very strange bond … that we can’t explain,” Sutton said. “It’s kind of a love-hate relationship. Because at the end of the day, I like her. We fight, but then I like her.”

She added — “This season, we didn’t really fight that much. It’s funny. [Well], we did fight, but then we didn’t.”

Sutton revealed that the upcoming season will feature a “softer side of Erika.”

“I think that things have calmed down in her life,” Sutton said. “It’s nice to see this person. She’s more like the person that I first met.”

Erika and her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, 84, were accused of embezzling settlement funds owed to family members of plane crash victims, one month after the reality star filed for divorce, in November 2020. The once-famed lawyer, who was later diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and the singer were named in several subsequent lawsuits. Tom was indicted in February for allegedly pilfering $15 million alongside his colleague, Christopher Kamon.

Erika, who has not been charged with any crime, told Us in April that she had tried to move on amid the legal turmoil.

“My therapist, my psychiatrist, my friends and my family really helped me through,” she said. “It’s important to have those people around you that really look out for you. Because it was very ugly, very dark for a while.”

Erika added — “That was so heavy and so dark and I don’t ever wanna go back there, but I think in life it is what you make it, so definitely I’ve shifted and I’ve become stronger because of that.”

Erika Jayne will kick off her Las Vegas show, “Bet It All on Blonde,” later this month.
