Drew Sidora Fires Back at Marlo Hampton’s ‘Body Shaming’ with Fierce Comeback
Drew Sidora ripped into Marlo Hampton for “body shaming” her after her Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star advised her to undergo liposuction.
“I am sitting here in disbelief that @marlohampton would attack me’ by body shaming and attacking my weight at this crucial time in my life,” Drew wrote on her Instagram Story on Monday.
The Bravo star confessed that she was “dealing with stressful emotional issues” as a mom of two children amid her “public divorce” from husband, Ralph Pittman.
“Clearly attacking me, won’t get you very far,” Drew continued. “If you feel this way about me at this size, I can only imagine what you think about women of all sizes who have weight challenge, illnesses or eating disorders due to comments like yours.”
Drew Sidora concluded — “All I can say is Shame on you @marlohampton.”
Marlo, 47, hit back a few hours later, pointing out that Drew, 38, had accused her of not being “able to pass a drug test” during a recent RHOA episode.
“@drewsidora you have gone around stating bold face lies about me for almost a year now,” Marlo clapped back. “Anyone who knows me, knows how Anti Drug I am.”
Marlo implied that the accusation hit below the belt because “many members of my family suffer from substance abuse issues to this day,” and that she had “vowed to stay away from drugs” since childhood.
She concluded — “I have watched you assassinate my character all season. Your words have been absolutely disgusting to and about me this past year. Stop it. I laughed to mask the pain.”
Drew Sidora and Marlo have been at odds for quite some time, but their feud heated up after the latter appeared on Sunday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live.” Host, Andy Cohen, asked Marlo why she “made fun of Drew’s body when you’ve gotten lipo??”
Marlo referred to Drew’s weight loss business when she replied — “Umm well, because Drew has Drop It by Drew which is for your body, and I feel if you have a Drop It by Drew or a body consultant business, your body should be banging. She should go get lipo.”
Marlo eventually copped to undergoing liposuction after rumors alleging that she had gone under the knife began circulating during RHOA Season 13.
“Yeah I got Lipo, but they got the timeline all wrong That’s what happens when you listen to ‘the streets’. I learned my lesson with that ! Please tell their thirsty clout chasing source to try again …” the reality star wrote on Twitter in April 2021.
