Kelly Dodd FIRES BACK After WWHL Shade; Says She Was Wrongly ‘Targeted’

Kelly Dodd fired back after becoming a hot topic during the August 2 episode of Watch What Happens Live.

Host, Andy Cohen, was chatting with guests, Real Housewives of Orange County stars, Shannon Beador and Vicki Gunvalson, when the manager of OC hotspot, The Quiet Woman, who was playing bartender, took a shot at the Bravo alum.

Shannon Beador

The restaurant/bar’s manager, Julius, named Kelly as his least favorite RHOC patron, sparking a reaction from the former reality star.

Kelly texted Cohen about the remark and the host was happy to share the message with the WWHL audience.

Andy told Julius — “Kelly Dodd texted…Oh, she is complimenting how I look.”

The Bravo boss added — “She is upset that you said he liked you the least because she said she is friends with all the staff.”

Julius admitted — “She is,” adding — “ I just don’t give her the attention that she demands, and she doesn’t like that.”

After the episode wrapped, Vicki sent Kelly a video message of Julius apologizing for his comments. Julius claimed that Bravo had fed him the diss and that the harsh words were not his own.

Julius explained in the clip — “Hi, Kelly. It was on the prompter. I had no say.”

Vicki added — “He didn’t mean it. He loves you. He wants you to come back and says you’re always welcome at The Quiet Woman.”

Kelly was not satisfied and later took to Instagram to put Julius and Bravo on blast. She wrote:

“Shame on you, Julius @thequietwomancdm I don’t deserve to be disparaged in this way!! I’ve brought countless people to the restaurant over the years and never asked for anything more than a table to sit down and eat and drink. I have great relationships with the staff, and have no idea why you’d say that about me. It’s disheartening, disappointing, and unfair. It was never in the prompter, LIAR! Yeah, but I guess you’re entitled to your own opinion. #bravotv #rhoc #wwhl.”

In a separate post, Kelly slammed the network for supposedly having her RHOC recap dropped from YouTube. She went on to accuse Shannon of recruiting Julius for WWHL so she could create “a moment.”

Kelly captioned the clip — “Please watch my Daily Smash YouTube show & support our channel! NBC Universal had our #RHOC Recap yanked off YouTube because they didn’t like me using the clip where THEY TALKED ABOUT ME!!!”

Vicki Gunvalson

Kelly alleged that Shannon lacked “star power” and that she had not produced storylines for the past two seasons. She added that her former co-star had used her name to stir up controversy.

Vicki chimed in on Kelly’s post, insisting that Shannon was not behind Julius’ remarks.

Shannon Beador

Vicki wrote — “Kelly Shannon has nothing to do with this. Julius wanted to go on WWHL – beyond that, she said nothing against you. This was 100% Julius.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm on Bravo.
