Honey Boo Boo’s College Wish List Includes NSFW Items
Alana Thompson aka Honey Boo Boo is college-bound and is making preparations to move to Colorado with her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell. A snippet of Alana and Dralin’s Amazon wish list recently leaked on social media and fans wasted no time chiming in on the famous teen’s top picks.
Last month, The Mama June: Family Crisis star spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the next phase of her life, after revealing her acceptance to a Denver, Colorado university on the WeTv series.
“Next, I am going to be a neonatal nurse at Regis University in Denver, Colorado,” Alana told the outlet.
Alana confirmed that she will live off campus with Dralin, 21, as she begins her college career.
“I’ll be moving off campus for security reasons and because Dralin is coming with me,” Alana stated.
The reality TV teen revealed that it wasn’t hard to convince her boyfriend to move to Denver.
“I think he’s more excited to move there than me. He’s ready to move out of our small town and experience something new too,” she said.
A snapshot of Alana’s Amazon wish list recently appeared on Reddit, giving users an inside peek at what the teenager is asking for as she transitions from high school grad to college student.
The screen grab included a partially visible greeting that read—“hi everyone! We love y’all! this is our wishlist since many people were asking! don’t feel obligated to get us anything.”
The couple asked for a $600 Dyson Airwrap hair styler and a set of bamboo dry body brushes, but it was a feminine hygiene product that caught the attention of fans and followers. A product called “Sweet Cookie Jar Cookie Wash,” a brand described as an “all natural feminine wash for sensitive cookies” was also featured on the gift list.
Reddit users swapped comments about Alana’s list and her decision to choose such a personal item as a gift idea.
One person wrote — “Such an odd thing to request publicly. I’m not surprised though.”
Another said — “They have ZERO shame. What’s sad is this is multi-generational at this point and the cycle likely won’t ever be broken.”
One user joked — “I couldn’t help but to laugh and think about pumpkin saying her viewers “stank” and to “go wash” 😂😂”
Another person agreed — “Exactly, she’s coming for everyone else while her own sister is asking strangers to buy her 😺 soap. The whole family is just so crusty 💀”
A third chimed in — “I know you can use that kinda stuff at any age but I feel like this item should be on a private wishlist. Kinda strange to ask strangers online to buy you a wash for your “cookie” when you are 17. Just weird in general actually no matter age.”
Another person pointed out — “This list was created in 2022 so Alana would have been 16.”
Alana, who turns 18 in August, has been dating Dralin for almost three years.
Alana’s mother, June Shannon, and sister, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, shared their support for Alana and Dralin’s plan during the interview.
“You don’t truly know somebody until you move in with somebody,” Lauryn declared.
