According to the report, the responding officer was dispatched to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the vicinity, only to discover Bryson seated on the grass in front of the residence.

During the search of Bryson’s vehicle, law enforcement officers discovered a “small plastic bag containing a white powdery substance” on the center console, which the officer suspected to be either cocaine or fentanyl. Subsequent testing confirmed that the substance was indeed fentanyl, according to officials.

Since his mother rose to fame on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Bryson has encountered numerous legal troubles, marking a pattern of run-ins with the law.

In 2011, Bryson’s first notable encounter with the law occurred when he was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) after exhibiting erratic lane-changing behavior. The following year, he faced another legal incident for driving with a suspended license.

Adding to his legal troubles, in 2015 Bryson faced yet another arrest after providing officers with a false name during a raid that took place at a McDonald’s location in Georgia.

During that period, Bryson, who is the son of Leakes and her ex, Calvin Bryant, found himself among a group of suspects accused of planning to produce counterfeit checks at a nearby fast-food establishment.

Although Bryson has chosen to stay away from the spotlight, certain aspects of his legal issues were previously documented on “RHOA,” shedding some light on his past legal troubles.

In a notable incident during Season 5 of RHOA, which aired in 2012, NeNe’s son made headlines when he was arrested for an alleged theft of razors from a Walmart store. The reality star’s son sought her assistance in posting bail following the arrest.

As of now, Bryson remains in custody and has not been released. He has a hearing scheduled for Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. local time.

As per RadarOnline, Bryson lacks the financial means to secure a private attorney and will consequently rely on a court-appointed lawyer for his defense in this recent arrest.
