Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky Split…Allison DuBois Speaks Out!

Reports from various sources indicate that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have decided to end their 27-year marriage.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof,” a source told People magazine on Monday. “They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”

The couple’s split will have implications not just for the Bravo series but also for the Netflix show ‘Buying Beverly Hills’, which documents Mauricio’s real estate business where two of their daughters are active as agents. Kyle has confirmed her involvement in the filming for the second season of the Netflix streaming show.

From the inaugural season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, medium, Allison DuBois, the inspiration behind the NBC series “Medium,” predicted a future split for the couple. Thirteen years on, her prophetic words seem to be manifesting into reality. DuBois recently shared her reaction to these developments on Instagram.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and real estate mogul from “The Agency,” Mauricio Umansky, have been in wedded bliss since 1996.

They are proud parents to three beautiful daughters, Alexia, who’s 27, Sophia, age 23, and their youngest, Portia, who is 15.

In addition to their three daughters, Kyle Richards, also has a daughter, Farrah Brittany, 34, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

Kyle Richards, who is part of a famous sibling trio that includes socialite, Kathy Hilton and Kim Richards, holds the distinction of being the last original cast member still gracing the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Since joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills at its launch in 2010, viewers have witnessed the star of the “Halloween” franchise, Kyle, built not just new homes and businesses, but also shape a thriving new career as a successful producer and actress.

Over their years in the reality TV spotlight, Kyle and Mauricio have consistently dismissed rumors about turmoil in their marriage. However, new allegations about their relationship emerged earlier this year, creating a narrative that will feature prominently in the upcoming season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, set to air later this year on Bravo.

In 2021, Kyle and Mauricio opened up about reaching their 25-year marriage milestone. They attributed part of their success to spending time with other happily married couples, as they believed their positive “energy is contagious.”

“I think that’s a really important thing. And to respect each other as individuals [and] to allow each other to grow as people but also to not grow apart,” Richards told E! News.

Mauricio then added, “I think it’s all about respecting each other, it’s the most important thing. And, obviously, having fun and what I mean by that is laughing with each other and sharing and being open with each other.”
