Taylor Armstrong spoke about being in a long term relationship with a woman before she married her first husband, Russell Armstrong, during the most recent episode of the Bravo series.

Real Housewives of Orange County newcomer, Jennifer Pendantri, asked her co-star for clarification while at a group dinner during a cast trip to Montana.

She asked the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star — “Are you [bisexual]?”

“Now are you nervous about me being in the bunkhouse with you?” Taylor replied, after she revealed that she had dated a woman for five years before her first marriage.

“Hell, I know marriages that don’t last that long,” the 52-year-old said. “Most people are surprised to find out that I’m bisexual probably just because of stereotypes.”

She added — “I mean it’s not something I broadcast, but I’m open to all people who have great souls that you can love.”

Taylor Armstrong married her first husband in 2004 and the couple welcomed a daughter, Kennedy, in 2006. Taylor’s rocky marriage to her late-husband   was featured during the first three seasons of RHOBH. The couple divorced in 2011, after Taylor exposed her abusive marriage on the show. She later confirmed that she had been beaten so badly by her then-husband that she had to undergo reconstructive surgery for an orbital fracture.

In July 2011, Taylor filed for divorce from Russell after six years of marriage, citing verbal and physical abuse. On August 15, 2011, exactly one month after their split was announced, Taylor found her estranged husband’s body inside a home he had rented on Mulholland Drive following their separation. Russell died from an apparent hanging.

Taylor went on to tie the knot with attorney, John Bluher, in 2014.

Taylor returned to reality TV in June 2022, appearing on Peacock’s “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club” before becoming the first Bravo “Housewife” to jump from one franchise to another.
