Public records confirm that the former reality star and the car dealership owner purchased the property for just under $16 million. The Tuscan style house was built in 1994 and last sold in late 2020 for $4.8 million. The buyer, Lin Snider, widow of the late Philadelphia billionaire Ed Snyder, later enlisted architect, Marc Appleton, to transform the home into a contemporary stunner.

There are three additional bedrooms upstairs as well as a maid’s quarters on the first level. The outside space includes large patios partially shaded by olive trees, a pool/spa combo and a large grassy lawn.

Dina, a longtime friend of RHONJ star, Teresa Giudice, recently appeared on the “Scan My Brain” podcast with Daniel Amen MD, where she addressed why she chose to leave the world of reality TV after appearing on the show for two seasons.

She noted that she was “the first one of the Housewives series to actually quit and leave,” adding that “peace was more important.” Dina admitted that some Bravo “Housewives” love the chaos and the hair pulling,” but that the drama just wasn’t for her.

Dina noted that she had “seen first-hand how much it changes people.”

Dina once shared a strong relationship with her sister, Caroline Manzo, a former RHONJ cast member, but the pair is currently estranged.

Dina made headlines last year after she decided to bow out of Teresa and then-fiancé, Luis Ruelas’ splashy Garden State wedding.

Reportedly in July 2022 that Teresa had “no issue” with her former co-star and close friend not being a part of her big day.

“Teresa respects Dina’s wishes and looks forward to celebrating with her in the future,” an insider said, at the time. “They remain as close as ever.”

Rumors circulating at the time alleged that a rift between Cantin and Ruelas was behind Dina’s decision to steer clear of the event. A source denied the rumor and pointed out that the men still followed each other on social media.

The insider claimed that Dina was keeping her distance in order to dodge cameras.

The source added — “Dina has made it clear that she does not want to be on camera, and Teresa is OK with it.”

Teresa recently confirmed that Dina did not want to be filmed at the glitzy  event, which was later edited into a one-episode special for Bravo.

Dina and her husband were present when Luis popped the question to Teresa during a group getaway to Greece, in October 2021.
