Shocking Claims in Court Filing: Kroy Biermann Accuses Kim Zolciak of Neglecting Kids’ Needs 

Kroy Biermann has expressed serious concerns about Kim Zolciak’s parenting.

In a recent legal filing, Kroy Biermann, 37, has filed a motion in the Superior Court of Fulton County. The motion seeks the appointment of a Guardian ad Litem for his four minor children, namely 9-year-old twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 10-year-old son Kash Kade, and their older sibling Kroy Jagger, 11. The filing involves Kroy’s estranged wife and Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, Kim Zolciak.

Seeking the intervention of an impartial party appointed by the court to safeguard the best interests of his four minor children, Kroy has presented several justifications for his concerns regarding the well-being of the kids amidst the ongoing custody dispute with his former spouse.

According to documents, Kroy, has made significant claims in the ongoing custody battle with Kim. Kroy asserts that while he has certain responsibilities and involvement in their children’s lives, there are crucial concerns that need to be addressed to ensure their well-being. “tried to shield the children from the negative fall-out of their parents’ divorce,” Kim has continued to “direct, in a derogatory tone, abusive profane and threat-laden language at the Petitioner with little concern if the children are present.”

The legal filing also responds to Kim’s recent allegations that Kroy smokes marijuana in the presence of their children. Kroy vehemently denies these claims, considering them an intentional defamation attempt, while asserting his commitment to the children’s well-being. Kroy accused Kim of trying to, “put the children at risk of not being permitted to see their father.”

In addition, Kroy alleges that Kim’s alleged gambling addiction serves as a distraction, leading to a lack of proper attention and care for the children. This claim highlights his concerns about the impact of her addiction on their well-being.

“At times she has been so consumed with hitting the ‘spin’ button on the virtual slot machines that she fails to pay adequate attention to the children, except when she permits them to gamble on her account,” the filing claims.

Kroy further claims that he has shouldered the majority of childcare responsibilities since the divorce filing, asserting that Kim is frequently absent from home and preoccupied with her phone when she is present. He describes himself as having to, “pick up all the slack, cleaning the home, picking up after the children, preparing their meals.”

Kroy filed for divorce in early May, and since then, the situation has become increasingly contentious, with a visible custody dispute emerging. Both parents have expressed their desire for full physical custody of the children, escalating the complexity of the divorce proceedings.
