Kim Zolciak will return to the Real Housewives of Atlanta for one episode in season 15 — and appears to be teasing her return to turn curious eyes away from her reported gambling addiction.
Radar Online reports that Kim has not been asked back to the Bravo cast, despite the RHOA alum seemingly teasing that she was about to win back her peach.
The former reality star shared a series of photos promoting her upcoming RHOA cameo only hours before posted pics revealed the mom of six withdrawing a bundle of cash from a Bitcoin ATM. Her exposed ATM run came after her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, accused her of having a gambling addiction.
Kim Zolciak, 45, posed alongside RHOA star, Sheree Whitfield, and alums, DeShawn Snow and Lisa Wu, captioning the snap—”See you soon.”
The soon-to-be divorcee added a camera emoji before tagging Bravo, but insiders aren’t buying what Kim is trying to sell.
Sources told the outlet that they believed that Kim timed the photos to shift fan focus from her visit to the ATM in the wake of her husband’s scathing accusations.
While behind-the-scenes spies insisted that Kim had not been invited back to the show, her one-episode cameo spot was teased in the Season 15 trailer.
Kim was caught by the Daily Mail holding a stack of fresh cash, seemingly $50 bills, on Tuesday and Thursday. She was snapped by the outlet while chatting on the phone.
Kroy previously accused Kim of dropping “substantial” funds on an alleged gambling addiction, and even claimed that the behavior had hindered her ability to attentively parent their four minor children. The duo filed for divorce last month, and are both asking the court for primary custody of the four kids, Kroy, Kash, Kaia, and Kane, as well as child and spousal support.
Radar obtained a police report in early May that described a fight that went down behind closed doors, ahead of the divorce filings. Kim and Kroy had been married for 11 years when they decided to call it quits.
The former NFL player alleged that the RHOA alum had landed a punch on his head just one day before he officially filed for divorce. The Milton Police Department promptly responded to a distress call made by the former “Don’t Be Tardy” mom, on May 4.
Kim accused Kroy of locking away her jewelry and a designer handbag, valued at $175k, as well as her passport, in a safe in the basement of their home.
“Kroy then advised that Kim had punched him in the back of the head during an earlier altercation concerning the disputed property,” the police report stated.
Kroy told the responding officer that the items were “marital property,” as he accused his wife of having a “gambling problem” that had recently resulted in the loss of “a large sum of the money.” Kroy eventually retrieved the items from the basement safe. Kim went on to frantically load her personal possessions into a white Range Rover as her stunned children looked on. Kroy recorded the incident on his phone, presumably to use as ammo in their upcoming divorce proceedings.
