Kroy Biermann has taken control of Biermann’s Closet, the business belonging to his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, as their messy divorce takes another ugly turn.
“Kim has no access and is locked out,” a source close to Kim Zolciak shared with Page Six. “So she wants to start a new shop with complete autonomy.”
On Wednesday night, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 45, took to Instagram to implore her social media followers to refrain from purchasing any products from Biermann’s Closet.
“Please do not purchase from Biermanns Closet at this time until further notice. Thank you,” she wrote. “I will be setting up a new website for all things Kim and kids.”
Biermann’s Closet is currently operational and offers a selection of items for sale from the personal wardrobes of the former couple.
Kim Zolciak offerings at Biermann’s Closet feature a diverse range of items. Customers have the opportunity to acquire anything from a stunning vintage Ralph Lauren gown priced at $8,000, to a brand-new Fendi handbag available for $6,750. Additionally, there is a selection of exquisite wigs, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $2,750.
In contrast, Kroy’s offerings at Biermann’s Closet are more limited. Currently, the selection consists of just three T-shirts. The highest-priced T-shirt, originally listed at $125, has now been discounted significantly to a modest $70.
The couple’s children, including Kroy Jagger (11), Kash (10), and the 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia, along with Kim’s eldest daughters, Brielle (26) and Ariana Biermann (21), whom Kroy legally adopted when they were minors, are also parting ways with their clothing. Unfortunately for Kim, she will not profit from the sales until a new website is established.

Kroy Biermann pulled the plug on the troubled marriage by filing for divorce on May 5, 2023 — followed by Kim Zolciak submitting a separate filing on May 8.
According to court documents, Kroy claims that Kim’s out-of-control gambling habit has financially bankrupt the family and impacted her ability to care for their minor children, prompting him to seek sole custody and child support. The ongoing dispute between the two continues to raise concerns about the well-being of their kids.
In the court document, Kroy mentions that Kim has acknowledged:
“Spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance. This compulsion has financially devastated the parties. [Kim’s] time is so consumed with online gambling that she is unable to properly care for the children.”
Their divorce proceedings quickly turned messy with allegations being levied from both sides. In the latest development, Kroy demands for Kim to undergo a mental evaluation. This request comes in response to Kim’s previous plea for Kroy to undergo a drug test.
