The divorce saga between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann is getting downright messy with the former NFL player leaking bank statements to prove Kim dangerous gambling habit.

In the latest twist of events, Kim Zolciak demanded that Kroy undergo drug tests by submitting hair samples. According to the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kroy smokes marijuana excessively.
In the motion, Kim accuses Kroy of “smoking marijuana, and she has serious concerns for the safety and well being of the minor children while in [Kroy’s] care. She is fearful that the children will be exposed to [Kroy’s] drug use.”
Kroy fired back by accusing Kim of having a gambling addiction that has financially crippled the family’s finances. He also claims that Kim is unfit to parent, and is asking the court to have her psychologically evaluated — citing the “compulsions.” Kroy is advocating for her to undergo testing for various disorders, including narcissistic personality disorder and bipolar disorder.
In court documents, Kroy alleges that Kim’s excessive engagement in online gambling is taking a toll on her ability to adequately care for her children.
In a bold move, Kroy Biermann has made public the couple’s bank statements which reveal Kim’s extravagant spending habits and habitual squandering on online casinos. Screenshots of the breakdown, shared by @thegoodthebadandthefake6 on Instagram, have set the blogosphere abuzz.
In the court document, Kroy mentions that she has acknowledged:
“Spending substantial time and marital funds on gambling and other games of chance. This compulsion has financially devastated the parties. [Kim’s] time is so consumed with online gambling that she is unable to properly care for the children.”
The dynamics of the estranged couple’s relationship played a significant role in their unstable financial state.
