Lenny Hochstein Claims Lisa’s Draining His Bank Accounts!
Lenny Hochstein has claimed that his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, is financially “bleeding” him dry by taking advantage of his Instacart account.
Page Six obtained an “urgent” petition filed by the plastic surgeon on May 11, in which he asks the court to force the Real Housewives of Miami star to hold up her end of their previous support agreements. Lenny accused his soon-to-be ex of racking up thousands of dollars on the grocery app in just one month.
The petition states that Lisa “has embarked on a course of conduct aimed at ‘bleeding out’ [Lenny] from a financial standpoint,” and has “charged in excess of $10,000 to [Lenny’s account].”
Lenny, 56, also claimed that his ex had “shockingly” dropped $4k in only a “week and a half.” Lenny stated that Lisa’s grocery haul “constitutes marital waste,” and is asking the court to shut down her “cash grab.”
Lisa responded to the filing the next day, claiming that her estranged husband had “turned off” her access to not only Instacart but to Uber and Uber Eats, as well. The Peacock star called her ex’s alleged actions a “violation” of a previous order.

Lisa also alleged that the “boob god” had been showing up to the home they once shared “unannounced,” adding that the pop-in visits have made her feel “threatened.” Lisa has remained in the marital home with the ex-couple’s two children since their May 2022 breakup. Lisa, 40, noted one example, claiming that after Lenny and his mother showed up at the mansion unannounced, she was “verbally berated” and called a “felon” in front of the children. Lenny supposedly told the reality star that she “would soon be going to jail” and that their children “would soon be having a better mother,” seemingly referring to his relationship with current girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa.
Lisa has refused to leave the lavish Miami property, despite the pair’s prenuptial agreement ordering that she must move out in the event of a split. The mom of two is currently trying to overturn the prenup, while Lenny is fighting to enforce the document. A hearing is scheduled for May 22.
The new squabble comes after Judge Abby Cynamon ruled that Lenny must pay Lisa $8k a week in temporary support via direct deposit, starting May 1, per a Page Six report.
Lenny was also ordered to “maintain the status quo” when it comes to financially providing for his ex and their two children. He must continue to cover their medical insurance, the kids’ school tuition, extracurricular actives and camps.
The surgeon was ordered to pay $60k of Lisa’s legal fees directly to her attorney. Cynamon’s decision stands until Lenny and Lisa come to a new agreement or the court issues a new order.
