Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss Stage Breakup to Divert Attention, Claims Emerge
Vanderpump Rules stars, Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss, have decided to part ways, two months after the shocking news of their affair made headlines, however, the split may be staged.
Raquel, 28, was the one who ultimately decided to end the romance, according to a Page Six follow-up report.
“Raquel dipped out. Sandoval is not the one for her,” a tipster told the outlet.
Fans know that Sandoval had been in a relationship with Ariana Madix, 37, for nine years when he began his secret affair with their co-star, last summer. In March, Ariana discovered that Sandoval was cheating on her when a sexually explicit video appeared on the musician’s phone.
Bravo cameras jumped into action to film the messy fallout for the currently airing 10th season.
The exes faced off in an explosive Season 10 finale episode and the Pump Rules cast will address “Scandoval” in the upcoming three-part reunion. The finale featured Sandoval and Ariana embroiled in a heated argument, during which Ariana told him he should “die.” Ariana confronted Raquel in a scene featured in a reunion preview, calling the former beauty queen “diabolical, demented, subhuman.”
She also ripped her cheating ex as a “f–king rat.”
Sandoval and Leviss both issued statements after news of the months-long affair hit the press.
Raquel pointed to “patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved,” admitting that she often looked for “emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy.” She later checked herself into a “mental health facility.”
Sandoval apologized to Ariana but went on to gush over his “magnetic” attraction to Leviss, during a subsequent appearance on Howie Mandel’s podcast.
“We just kissed. It was magnetic,” he said of smooching Raquel Leviss. “We were talking, moving closer, and as we were talking, as time went on, we would just start talking closer and closer, and then all of a sudden, we’re kissing.”
“I felt something that I hadn’t felt in so long, like, emotionally,” Tom Sandoval shared, describing Raquel as “so awesome,” “so kind,” “smart,” “witty,” “fun,” “beautiful” and “f–king amazing.”
Ariana claimed that her now-ex started hooking up with Leviss soon after she lost her beloved dog, during the finale episode of Vanderpump Rules.
“I called Raquel, and I, like, started making her f–king tell me [about the affair]. Like, ‘What the f–k? When did this start?’ She said, ‘Right after the girls’ trip.’ I’m like, ‘You mean right after Charlotte died?’” Ariana said on Wednesday’s episode.
Ariana claimed that Leviss said that she and Sandoval only shared a kiss, but that Sandoval later informed her that they had “‘actually f–ked in her car that night.’”
Ariana Madix holds the belief that the breakup between Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss is merely a facade or staged for public attention. During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on May 17, Ariana commented:
“I don’t buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house like four days ago.”
Despite still living with her ex-boyfriend, Ariana clarified that she did not open the hand-written letters addressed to him, as it is illegal to do so. She made it evident that the letters were intended for her ex-boyfriend, the aspiring rocker, and not for herself.
“I just brought in the mail, saw it, put it on the table and walked away,” she explained, noting that “it was in her handwriting.”
“From her treatment facility?” Cohen tried to clarify.
“I guess. I don’t know,” Ariana Madix responded.
Vanderpump Rules airs Wednesdays, at 9 p.m. ET, on Bravo.
