Teddi Mellencamp Boasts Her Podcast Ranks Higher Than Teresa Giudice’s ‘Namaste B$tches’
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp inserts herself in the ongoing feud between Tamra Judge and Teresa Giudice.
“Here’s the thing. Tamra took a lot of jabs from Teresa before she went back. Like, Teresa was poking that bear. On the pod, it takes a lot to get an activated Tam.” Teddi Mellencamp, 41, shared during an episode of Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.
Last month, the feud between Tamra Judge and Teresa Giudice heated up after Tamra interviewed Caroline Manzo on her podcast, Two Ts in a Pod. The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is currently in conflict with Tamra’s close friend, Brandi Glanville.
While filming Season 4 of The Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip in Marrakech, Morocco — Brandi Glanville, 50, crossed a line with Caroline Manzo, 61, during a party. Brandi reportedly kissed her co-star multiple times, touched her breasts and vagina without her consent, during the filmed bash.
Producers decided to report the incident to their superiors and Brandi was removed from the trip that afternoon, without Caroline’s knowledge. Caroline made her own decision to leave the show early, later that evening.
As reported, Brandi Glanville maintains that her advances were not unwelcome.
“She has her truth. I have my truth. And then we’re gonna figure out what the truth is when we see the footage,” Brandi declared. “We were all drinking, even her, and so, none of us have seen it. But me, [Vicki Gunvalson], [Phaedra Parks], [Eva Marcille], [Gretchen Rossi], we all have the same recollection, right? And so I don’t know. And honestly, if I did go too far, which I can, honestly, you guys know me, you saw me last season. I stuck my tongue down [Taylor Armstrong]’s throat. I gave everyone lap dances. But again, it’s like, know your audience.”
Tamra Judge reached her boiling point after being accused by Teresa Giudice of being a “bad friend,” leading to an explosive reaction from Tamra during an episode of their podcast alongside Teddi Mellencamp, on April 21.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star admitted that she typically attempts to brush off negative remarks, but on that particular day, she couldn’t ignore it any longer. Tamra defiantly declared, “Not today forehead, not today ding dong, not today jailbird – I’m not having it!”
Adding to her critical perspective of Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp’s interview with Caroline Manzo — Teresa Giudice has previously alleged that the duo invited her and co-host, Melissa Pfeister, onto Two Ts in a Pod with the intention of increasing their audience and gaining more listeners.
Teddi finds Teresa’s accusation amusing, given the strong performance of her podcast, which consistently achieves high rankings and surpasses the listenership of Giudice and Pfeister’s podcast, “Namaste B$tches.”
“If you’re going to call us out and act like we’re using you to get one up … if you’re going to say that, just beat us once,” she says. “Just get more downloads than us once. And then start throwing that kind of shade. Just one time!”
