Caroline Manzo’s Son Albie Engaged To Longtime Girlfriend
Caroline Manzo’s eldest son, Albie Manzo, is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Chelsea DeMonaco.
The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star and the bride-to-be took to Instagram to share the happy news, on Thursday.
Caroline wrote alongside a cute photo of the happy couple — “She said YES!!!! Congratulations to @albiemanzo and @chelseademonaco on their engagement!”
The 61-year-old gushed — “We love you both to bits and are excited for this new chapter in all of our lives. Wedding bells will be ringing!!!!”
Caroline’s future daughter-in-law wrote about her “unforgettable night” in her own Instagram post.
Albie told Chelsea that they would be attending a birthday dinner for his father, Albert Manzo, on Wednesday evening, but she later found herself enjoying her own engagement party.
“Big shout out to Big Al for taking the hit on what was supposed to be his birthday dinner celebration,” Chelsea captioned her post. “Promise we will gift you with some gran babies eventually.”
Albie invited family members on both sides and friends to New Jersey restaurant, Augustino’s, to celebrate the couple’s big news, on Wednesday evening. Chelsea wore a brown silk dress which set off her emerald cut diamond engagement ring from Yanina & Co. Fine Jewelry.
A family insider already dished to Page Six of the upcoming nuptials — “Albie and Chelsea are going to have a destination wedding in Italy.”
Albie’s sister, Lauren Manzo, 35, also cheered on the engagement on social media. She congratulated the bride and groom on her Instagram Story writing — “Excited to gain a sister.”
Albie hinted that he was about to pop the question on Wednesday’s episode of his podcast, “Dear Albie.” The former RHONJ personality became emotional while speaking about the upcoming “big day” during the broadcast.
Albie and Chelsea have been dating since 2019 and went Instagram official with their relationship during the holidays.
Caroline will return to reality TV when she appears on the upcoming fourth season of Peacock series, Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.
