‘Sister Wives’ Christine Brown and Fiancé Buys Utah Mansion Before Their Wedding
Christine Brown and fiancé, David Woolley, purchased their first home together weeks ahead of announcing their engagement, in early April.
The Sister Wives star and Utah construction executive moved into a new build $770k home, according to a new report by the U.S. Sun.
The outlet obtained real estate records that confirmed that the couple signed the deed to the new Lehi, Utah home on March 15. The brand new 4,200 square foot house boasts four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The house has laminate wood floors downstairs, a carpeted second floor, spacious bedrooms and a large master suite.
The gourmet kitchen features white cabinets, quartz countertops and an island. The community amenities include a clubhouse, outdoor pool, pickleball courts and nature trails. The backyard has stunning views of Mount Timpanogos, the East Mountains, and the Jordan River.
Christine Brown and David Woolley posed for their engagement photos on their new home’s deck.
The couple went public with their romance in February, but a source later claimed that they had been secretly seeing each for months when they shared their relationship with the world.
Christine Brown announced her split from spiritual husband, Kody Brown, in November 2021. The exes share six children: Aspyn, 27, Mykelti, 26, Paedon, 24, Gwendlyn, 21, Ysabel, 19, and Truely, 13.
David, a widow and father of eight, has been involved in filming the upcoming season of Sister Wives, and production reportedly captured his proposal.
The duo frequently referred to each other as “my king” and “my queen” on social media, in the months leading up to the proposal.
Christine took to Instagram to announce her big news on April 14, writing — “We’re engaged! David popped the question VERY romantically, and I said YES! I’m so excited and just live in bliss every day!”
“David treats me like a queen and tells me I’m beautiful everyday (sic),” Christine told People. “I’ve never been in love like this before and the world seems like a brighter place with him in it.”
The TLC star added — “I’m so excited for the wonderful adventure we are going to embark on for the rest of our lives.”
Christine excitedly told her fans and followers that “it’s time to plan a wedding,” over the weekend.
She wrote alongside new photos — “I’m asking for any Utah locals for help, our wedding cake, flowers, more and most importantly my wedding dress.
Please reach out and DM me your info if you’re a Utah local designer, artist, or owner and can help me with my wedding.”
David is expected to list his $573k Eagle Mountain, Utah home in the near future. Christine had been renting her $1.1 million Murray duplex since the fall of 2021.
