Margaret Josephs’ Plot To Attack Teresa Giudice At ‘RHONJ’ Reunion EXPOSED
Margaret Josephs recently purchased a Skinny Italian pizza oven from an Instagram user prior to the taping of The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion, amid the ongoing controversy known as “Pizza Gate.”
The fan posted a photo she took with Margaret upon delivering the pizza oven and explained details in a private message, she wrote: “First time I ever met her I just went to deliver that pizza oven I bought to her. She contacted me wanting it for the reunion. I don’t know her at all! But I have no need for the oven so I drove it to her house.”
RHONJ Season 13 reunion is scheduled to film on Thursday, April 20. The season-end ponderosa promises to be an explosive showdown between Margaret Josephs and Teresa Giudice, who have been frenemies since their Season 12 fallout.
The controversy surrounding the thin-crust pizza originated when Joe Gorga proposed creating a pizza oven business named “Nonno’s Pizza,” in tribute to his and Teresa’s late father. Joe intended to partner with his sister on this venture and split ownership equally. Luis Ruelas expressed keen interest in the idea and wished to participate. Melissa’s nephew had a connection with a manufacturer in China, prompting Joe and Luis to purchase the ovens, which Luis funded solely.
This is where the situation becomes complicated. Teresa and Luis opted to conduct a photoshoot for the pizza ovens (without Joe Gorga), and changed the business name from “Nonno’s Pizza” to “Skinny Italian.”
Joe Gorga claims that Teresa and Luis made both these choices without his knowledge. Joe was both angry and bewildered when he discovered this. Despite Joe’s attempts to contact them for several weeks, Luis eventually called and proposed, “Since we don’t agree, what if Teresa and I handle this and give you a 5% stake in the company since it was your idea?” At this point, Joe refused any involvement.
This is where the situation becomes a matter of conflicting accounts. According to Joe Gorga, “I told [Louie], ‘It’s my idea, it’s me and my sister, and we’ll honor my father, we’ll call it Nonno’s Pizza.’ He loved it.[But Louie] screwed me in a second… And then my nephew comes over to my house and goes… ‘Your sister had a photo shoot with her and the girls, and they called it Skinny Pizza or something like that… When I find out, I call him and then Louie starts giving me some lip. My sister out of nowhere goes, ‘Did you put the f—ing money up?’ I do, ‘What? You think I couldn’t put $200,000 up?’ I go, ‘It was my f—king idea!’ It got very ugly.”
According to Teresa’s version of events: “My brother came up with this idea for this pizza oven, he was like, ‘I want to do it with my sister,’ and Louie was like, ‘Ok.’ He put out $250k, but then he spoke to our attorney and was like, ‘OK, what percentage should I give Joey?’ And they came up with five percent, and my brother went nuts. He wanted 50 percent. And then I called my brother, I’m like, ‘He put out all the money, what are you doing? If you want half, you need to put half in.’ And he didn’t want to. My fiance lost a quarter of a million dollars.”
Many fans were quick to react to Margaret’s pizza gate reunion plot. One person wrote, “Margaret going to a fans house to collect a Pizza Oven shows how desperate she is and how much the show consumes her life.”
Another fan commented, “Margaret can go buy pizza ovens from some random on Instagram but Jens overstepping. Oook. They’re OBSESSED with taking Teresa down. Dude who goes to that extent over a pizza oven Tre never denied buying. Just goes to show you.”
Someone else tweeted, “How is pizza oven gate Margaret’s to bring up at the reunion? Now if Mel/Joe or Tre/Louie bring it that’s different. Margaret looks thirsty for a moment. I hope that account made a lot of money off of Marge.”
“The best part of all this is that Melissa and Margaret trying to do this to humiliate Teresa is actually creating buzz and interest in the pizza oven. I hope Teresa contacts the original owner and collabs and starts selling it!” An observer wrote.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Tuesdays, at 9:00 pm ET, on Bravo.
