Raquel Leviss Checks Into Rehab To Fix Her Whoring Issues
According to a statement to Entertainment Tonight on Friday, April 14, a representative of Vanderpump Rules star Raquel Leviss confirmed that she had entered rehab. The representative clarified that the 28-year-old reality TV personality was not seeking treatment for substance abuse issues but had delayed her admission until filming for the season 10 reunion was completed.
One month after her affair with Tom Sandoval, Raquel decided to take action. Sandoval’s infidelity with Raquel caused his breakup with Missouri native Ariana Madix, whom he had been dating for almost a decade.
In the midst of the controversy, Raquel Leviss publicly apologized to Ariana. On March 8, Raquel took to Instagram to express regret, saying, “I want to apologize to Ariana, my friends, and fans who are invested in our relationships for my actions and choices. There is no justification for my behavior, and I take full responsibility for hurting Ariana. I am not a victim, and I deeply regret my actions.”
She revealed that she was receiving counseling for her personal issues, “I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships. I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices,” she added.
Following their reunion taping with costars last month, Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval were seen spending time together on several occasions. Recently, in a shocking interview, the co-owner of TomTom provided an update on his current status with Raquel.
“We’re really good friends. We are not putting any label on it,” he said during the Tuesday, April 11, episode of the “Howie Mandel Does Stuff” podcast.
Additionally, Sandoval reminisced about the beginning of his relationship with Raquel, “We just kissed. It was magnetic. I felt something that I hadn’t felt in so long emotionally,” he gushed about the August 2022 moment. “The feelings were something very, very strong. Those feelings that I had started to take over in a sense. Logic went out the window. Because I wasn’t experiencing that [with Ariana] — I hadn’t experienced that [before].”
He asserted that he attempted to terminate his relationship with Ariana as he developed feelings for Leviss.“Like many relationships, it felt like it became more of like a best friends, family [thing] — sometimes roommates,” he continued. “There were a lot of ways where the relationship was just lacking the intimacy, the connection. We would travel more by ourselves than we would together. I would go to weddings by myself.”
As per Sandoval’s account, he kept in constant communication with Leviss until he finally came clean to Ariana, “I was seeing Raquel as often as I could. I know that sounds horrible,” he shared. “And FaceTiming her all the time. And Ariana didn’t even notice because that’s just how separate our lives were. I had to actually tell her, ‘How have you not noticed how distant I’ve been lately?’”
