The siblings headed home after pulling through the drive-thru, but apparently made a pitstop at a local Wendy’s, as Amy was spotted holding a drink from the fast food joint as she got out of the car and walked up their driveway.

Tammy reportedly quit smoking during her stint at an Ohio weight loss rehab clinic. An insider confirmed that the TLC star had not smoked, vaped or consumed alcohol for nine months. Tammy confessed that she guzzled eight bottles of booze a week, in a previous 1000-lb Sisters episode. The TLC show featured Tammy eating pizza, vaping and asking friends for shots of alcohol before she checked into rehab, weighing 700 pounds.

“When Tammy was first in rehab, she needed to reach her goal weight of 550 pounds from around 700 pounds in order to be approved for her bariatric surgery,” a friend told the outlet.

Tammy underwent the surgery in the summer of 2022, and dropped another 150 pounds, according to her friend.
