Tom Sandoval Dragged For Pushing Raquel Leviss On His Family and Friends
A few months prior to the global shock of “Scandoval,” the family of Tom Sandoval encountered a surprise of their own.
According to TMZ, Tom Sandoval visited his hometown in St. Louis, Missouri with his co-star and partner, Raquel Leviss, towards the end of December.
During their visit Tom Sandoval took Raquel Leviss to his family’s residence and even asked if they were interested in meeting his 28-year-old partner, with whom he has been having a secret relationship behind Ariana Madix’s back for several months.
As per the report, Sandoval’s family turned down the offer and expressed no desire to meet Raquel.
The Vanderpump Rules star reportedly introduced Raquel to his friends, informing them that he had attempted to end things with Ariana before their trip.
According to the outlet, Sandoval’s friends believed it was inappropriate of him to flaunt his new partner during the visit.
The couple took a picture together in front of the Apotheosis of St. Louis statue in Sandoval’s hometown, looking affectionate towards each other.
Last month, Ariana experienced a devastating heartbreak while supporting Sandoval during his cover band’s show in West Hollywood.
After stumbling upon a sexually explicit video of Raquel, 28, on Sandoval’s phone, Ariana ended their relationship of nearly a decade. The clandestine affair began in July 2022, but it wasn’t until early March of the following year that the public became aware of it.
Ariana and Sandoval had been in a relationship for almost a decade, and they had jointly owned a home and a dog. According to reports, Ariana will be retaining ownership of the dog.
Upon the news of their affair becoming public, Sandoval and Raquel released statements on their respective social media accounts.
“I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love,” Sandoval wrote in part earlier this month.
For her part, Raquel issued a lengthy statement in which she blamed the affair on her “addiction” to love and vowed to do better from here on out.
“I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved,” she wrote.
Vanderpump Rules fans responded to Raquel being rejected by Sandoval’s family and friends. One person wrote, “Just when we thought we’d heard it all, Scandoval’s incredibly brazen “Christmas in St. Louie” marks a new all time low for these two.”
Someone else stated, “Tom & Rachel (her birth name) have no class. Their bad karma keeps on building. No one will work with, date or be friends with either cheater. The family trip is so classless.”
Another commented, “Well it appears his family and non-LA friends have dignity despite his disgusting behavior.”
“Talk about narcissistic and self-centered behavior on BOTH parts. Glad their parents and friends didn’t want a part of this nonsense.” A fan noted.
Someone wrote, “Good. His family has more decency than these two twits.”
Vanderpump Rules airs Wednesday nights, at 9pm EST, on Bravo.
