Molly Hopkins’ Daughter Olivia Arrested Related Domestic Violence Charge
Olivia Hopkins, daughter of 90 Day Fiancé personality, Molly Hopkins, has reportedly been arrested. The arrest comes after the 22-year-old accused her mom’s ex, Kelly Brown, of choke-slamming her during an argument.
Olivia Hopkins was arrested on April 4 in Cherokee County Georgia for violating her probation, which was tied to a domestic violence incident with her mother. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation on a simple battery family violence charge, in February. The incident occurred on October 13, 2020 at Molly’s Woodstock, Georgia residence.
“[Olivia] allegedly struck the victim [Molly] multiple times in the head leaving a clearly visible red mark and kicked the victim in the leg,” the arrest affidavit stated. “A third party witnessed the entire altercation.”
Olivia was hit with 40 hours of community service and a $500 fine and was ordered to attend family violence and anger management classes. She was also banned from using alcohol and drugs.
The TLC personality did not comply with an order to enter a family violence treatment program and failed to submit to two drug tests, in March. She also allegedly tested positive for fentanyl in a separate March drug screening. Olivia appeared in court and a warrant, which cited three violations, was issued two days later. She remains in police custody.
Olivia was in the center of the drama that exploded after her mother parted ways with ex-boyfriend, Kelly Brown. The former NYPD officer and Olivia were involved in a physical altercation at Molly’s business, LiviRae Lingerie, according to a police report filed on February 2.
The alleged choke-slam incident occurred around Thanksgiving of last year. Molly and Olivia filed the police report in early February 2023, only a week after reports alleged that a 90 Day spinoff show was in production.
The Cobb County, Georgia police report stated — “Kelly rushed to the counter, grabbed Olivia by her neck and slammed her against the wall.”
Kelly denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
“I never punched her or threatened her with any weapon. I really want to be left alone,” Kelly said in a statement to In Touch. “I don’t bother them or even go in their town. I don’t want anything to do with them. It’s over, I haven’t been near them since November.”
Olivia is pictured below with her father, who is rarely seen.
Police closed the case in March.
Molly’s former best friend and ex business partner, Cynthia Decker, defended Kelly throughout the probe into the disturbing incident. In March, 90 Day Fiancé fan account, Merrypants, reported that police had not gathered enough evidence to pursue the case against Kelly.
Cynthia shared the post and sent a message to Kelly, acknowledging the update.
Cynthia wrote on her Instagram Story — “So happy your name is cleared @Kellykb2022. There should be recourse for false police reports! Especially when they included lies about me being a part of it when I wasn’t!”
The rumored upcoming 90 Day Fiancé spinoff is expected to be a couples therapy series, which suggests that the drama between Molly and Kelly could be addressed on the show. Reports claimed that Kelly had been spotted with several other cast members and a camera crew at a Florida resort, but Molly was not seen. The reports circulated only a week before Molly and Olivia filed the police report.
TLC has cut ties with multiple 90 Day cast members over a plethora of shady, behind-the-scenes behaviors. However, some questionable characters have continued their roles in various spinoffs, leaving Molly’s future with the network a question mark.
