Off-Camera Dispute Drove Teresa Giudice To Exclude Dolores Catania from Engagement Party 

According to Jackie Goldschneider, Dolores Catania did something to provoke the Teresa Giudice, which resulted in her not being invited to pre-wedding celebrations. Jackie made this claim during an episode of RHONJ: After Show.

Following the recent episode of RHONJ, in which Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin received last-minute invitations to Teresa’s bridal party, Jackie discussed the potential complications that arise with the privilege of being chosen to witness Teresa’s display of 100 pounds of artificial hair in the midst of August.

Jackie said, “I’ve heard that Dolores and Teresa had a fight, and that’s why she wasn’t at the engagement party. I think Dolores was overheard saying something, and Teresa found out, and they got in a fight about it.” Don’t forget, the main rule of being on Teresa’s good side is never to have an opinion that differs from hers.

Melissa Gorga revealed that Dolores and Dina Manzo have a strained relationship due to Dolores’ close friendship with Caroline Manzo. It is unclear how Teresa is comfortable with this dynamic. Margaret Josephs expressed surprise that Dolores accepted Teresa’s belated invitation, which was extended only after Dina declined the invitation.

Melissa shared her thoughts, stating that Dolores was not initially included in the main guest list, highlighting Teresa’s kindness. “She was added in the second round of invites. I believe Dina was supposed to attend, but when she declined, Dolores was asked to take her place,” Melissa explained.

Teresa initially had no intention of having bridesmaids at her wedding. However, Dolores was pleased to be included, even as a substitute, despite the lack of respect shown to her. Dolores expressed her excitement about being part of the celebration, especially after learning that Dina would not be able to attend. “I live in the moment, and I was living for her moment and her being happy, and really that’s it, and I was so happy to be a part of it,” she said.

Dina has not publicly explained why she did not attend the wedding. However, Teresa revealed that the former RHONJ cast member opted out of the televised event. “Once you are on TV and then you aren’t on TV anymore, you don’t want to be in front of the camera,” Teresa said on the Two T’s in a Pod podcast in November. “I totally get it.”

As per Teresa, the friendship between Dina and her is intact and there are no issues. Dina also confirmed this during an Instagram Stories Q&A session in November when a fan asked if they had reconciled their friendship.

“We were never not friends,” Dina clarified. “Sometimes friendships go [through phases], but in the end, true friendships will always find their way back when the time is right.”

Teresa reaffirmed on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in February that there were no problems between her and Dina. In fact, she revealed that they had exchanged text messages earlier that same day.
