Raquel Leviss’ Restraining Order Jeopardizes ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Reunion 

The Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion is in jeopardy due to Raquel Leviss‘ restraining order against Scheana Shay.

Scheana Shay’s lawyer, Neama Rahmani, is alleging that Raquel Leviss’ legal action against his client is an attempt to “sabotage” the Bravo reality show, which is already facing turmoil due to Raquel’s affair with co-star Tom Sandoval.

“It just can’t happen in any meaningful way while this order is in place,” the lawyer informed Page Six on Wednesday that the reunion, which is currently set to be filmed on March 23.

“The temporary restraining order, as it stands now, currently prohibits Scheana Shay from being within 100 yards of Raquel, so they can’t both be physically present at the reunion,” he continues, using Leviss’ legal name.

The attorney explains that “there really is no mechanism to modify this type of temporary civil restraining order before the [March 29 court] hearing, so the reunion, at least having them all together in person, is certainly in jeopardy.”

According to his prediction, one of the TV personalities will appear via Zoom while the other will attend the event in person.

However, the lawyer notes, “Scheana still can’t communicate with Rachel either directly or through an intermediary.”

Following the news of Raquel Leviss’ months-long affair with Tom Sandoval, the 28-year-old filed for a temporary restraining order against Scheana Shay, just one week later.

According to the March 8 filing, Scheana Shay allegedly punched Raquel Leviss after discovering about the latter’s affair with Tom Sandoval, who was then dating Ariana Madix. Leviss provided photos of her bruised eye in the filing. However, Shay’s lawyer denies the allegations on her behalf.

“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” the former federal prosecutor told Page Six on March 9. “This entire case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her.”

As reported, a “heated confrontation” occurred between the ex-friends. In Rachel’s Instagram apology to Ariana Madix, who is 37 years old, Raquel Leviss referred to an altercation and stated on March 8 that she had been “physically assaulted.” In a subsequent social media post the following day, Raquel clarified her current relationship status with Tom Sandoval.

“I care for Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what lies ahead,” she wrote. “Right now I need to heal.”

Andy Cohen suggested that Raquel Leviss and Scheana Shay could potentially do “one-off” interviews considering the restraining order that was filed at the time.

“I don’t want to lean into hypothetical situations,” Andy Cohen, 54, told his SiriusXM listeners. “All I can say is we’re going to deliver a reunion … and it’s going to be great.”

Later on her “Scheananigans” podcast, Scheana Shay made a joke about the reunion potentially needing “cages” and “personal bodyguards” due to the restraining order.

Lala Kent chimed in, “Security will definitely be amped up.”

On Wednesday’s episode of “Give Them Lala,” Katie Maloney and Lala Kent advised Raquel Leviss not to skip the reunion, as they agreed that it would not be beneficial for her.

“I don’t know if you miss it, you’re done, but … I had COVID last year and I had to still, like, phone it in,” Katie Maloney pointed out.
