Raquel Leviss Threatens ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Cast With Legal Action Over Intimate Video

Raquel Leviss is pursuing legal action against her fellow Vanderpump Rules cast members, who may have received an intimate video of her with Tom Sandoval that led to his breakup with Ariana Madix.

On March 7, Raquel Leviss’ lawyers sent legal letters to certain Vanderpump Rules cast members urging them to delete a video of her steamy intimate FaceTime session with Tom Sandoval.

Raquel Leviss, 28, claims that the recording was made “illegally without [her] knowledge or consent,” according to TMZ. Her lawyers invoked a California law against revenge porn, which prohibits the dissemination of “nonconsensual pornography,” that invades someone’s privacy.

The letter specifically requests that the video not be circulated, but it reportedly does not indicate that Tom Sandoval recorded it.

The outlet reports that Raquel’s legal team has ordered anyone who possesses the recording to immediately delete it from their devices, including the cloud or any other storage method. However, a source informed Page Six that the video has not been shared among the cast, and no one other than Raquel, Sandoval, and Ariana has seen it.

As previously reported, on Friday, Ariana discovered Sandoval’s “months-long” affair with Raquel after stumbling upon a sexually explicit video of them on his phone.

Sources close to Ariana revealed that she was left “heartbroken” and unaware of any issues in their almost decade-long relationship with the bar owner.

The source also stated that Ariana and Sandoval were seen displaying public affection recently — making the situation even more unexpected.

The insider noted that Ariana feels “betrayed,” by Raquel, whom she considered a “friend.”

Although the Vanderpump Rules cast has been vocal with their outrage on social media — the drama will play out on the current season — later this year, as cameras have been rolling on the fallout of the affair.

Behind-the-scenes footage of James Kennedy filming a confessional for an upcoming episode was shared by the network on Monday. The clapperboard held in front of the DJ’s face revealed the scene was titled “Scandoval” and will be featured in the ongoing 10th season of the series. “We have resumed filming on #PumpRules and this story will be unfolding on camera,” Bravo captioned the snapshot.
