Kyle Richards Blames Lisa Rinna For Destroying Her Relationship With Sister Kathy Hilton  

Kyle Richards is admitting that her friendship with former co-star, Lisa Rinna, is over and Kathy Hilton is the reason for the demise.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared an update on where she stands with Rinna, who exited the show in January, during a Wednesday Amazon livestream. 

When a fan asked the 54-year-old if she still speaks to Rinna, Kyle admitted—”We were having some issues before. Obviously, you guys may know that.” 

Kyle Richards seemingly acknowledged that Rinna, 59, had driven a wedge between her and her sister, Kathy Hilton, during Season 12 filming season.  

“I texted her when I found out that she wasn’t coming back and, you know, like I said, unfortunately, we had that issue,” Kyle said. “But we’ll get past all that.”

The Halloween Ends actress went on to confirm that she was “fine” with the status of her relationship with the former soap opera actress. 

“I’m just moving on from everything and I had to put all that behind me, honestly,” she added. “She brought a lot to the show and she’ll be missed.”

Rinna announced that she was leaving the reality series after appearing for eight seasons. Rinna’s aired feud with Kathy Hilton came alongside real-time social media behavior that Bravo executive, Andy Cohen, called “disastrous.”

“Lisa, I have spoken to you about this privately many times,” Cohen told Rinna, in October. “Your social media is disastrous.”

“This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career,” Rinna told People in a statement on January 5. “And I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series.” 

Fans know that Rinna claimed that cast “friend,” Kathy Hilton, suffered a “psychotic break” during a group trip to Aspen, during which she supposedly  threatened to “destroy” her sister, Kyle Richards. The Bravo star also claimed that Kathy threatened the network and slammed several of the other women.

Kathy went on to blast Rinna during the Season 12 reunion.

“You fight with everybody. What you did to my sister, and you drove Lisa Vanderpump off the show? I mean, the list can go on and on,” Kathy claimed. “You are the biggest bully in Hollywood, and everyone knows it.” 

RHOBH cast members, Erika Jayne and Garcelle Beauvais, both recently  weighed in on filming Season 13 without Rinna in the mix. 

“You know, I miss my friend. I do. But I know that she’s off doing great things,” Erika told Entertainment Tonight Wednesday, at the Billboard Women in Music celebration. “She’s going to be missed.”

“But hey, the show goes on and we’re going to have a great season. We’ve been together as a group three times and so far, so good,” she added. “But that doesn’t mean it will hold for long.”

Garcelle kept her feedback brief during a Tuesday appearance on Sherri Shepherd’s chat show. 

“I’m good. I’m good … period,” the actress said. 

Garcelle added—“You know what, listen, I’m gonna give her credit. She definitely came on the show and made her mark but now it’s time for new.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently in production for Season 13.
