The View’s Joy Behar Fires Shot At Sara Haines’ Bedroom Skills

The View’s Joy Behar left fans shocked when she took aim at co-host, Sara Haines, on live TV. Joy singled out Sara during a Hot Topics segment, shading her co-star for her supposed lackluster bedroom skills.  

Joy launched a discussion about how sexual romps could be considered exercise. 

Joy began — “Well, here’s some good news for people who hate to work out. Sex may count as exercise.”

She continued — “According to an article in the Washington Post, researchers found that sexual activity gets the heart rate going and can burn up to 130 calories.”  

Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin swapped ideas about what they could cut out if they had sex twice daily before Sara chimed in.  

“It’s not like equal work either,” she told Joy. “I’m pretty sure Max’s fitness tracker spikes more than I do. I’m more of a receiver than a giver.”

Sara’s co-hosts responded in giggles but Joy went for the jugular.

“What she’s saying is you’ll burn calories if you just lay there,” Joy teased.

Sara defended her bedroom prowess, replying — “I did not say I am a dead fish. What I said was that he is definitely sweating and has worked out. I look lovely.”

This wasn’t the first time that Sara and Joy, 80, discussed the risqué subject on the daytime show. 

Sara asked Joy to recommend some adult films earlier this month during a panel discussion on sex and relationships. The women were talking about sex and marriage when Sara shared that sex remained an “emotional” experience, despite being married for several years. 

Sara, 45, explained that her personal turn-offs included getting “a call from her mom” or “hearing” her “kids scream.”

“There are times where I say, ‘if we do not have me in the right mindset, you’re not gonna get an equal partner in this situation,’” she added.   

Ana Navarro, 51, and Alyssa, 33, both weighed in on the topic, with Alyssa commenting — “Women need a little more time to get in the mood, at least in my experience.”

Sunny asked Joy to detail how she would “schedule” sex, and asked her to explain what she meant by a solo “foreplay session.”

Joy explained — “You say…’ Friday night at 8’oclock we’re gonna do it…’ so at 7’oclock you watch a porn movie, you read a book, and now you’re ready.”

She went on — “You don’t have to get porn exactly; there’s soft porn all over Netflix and Prime and everything else.”

Sara, who admitted that she “needed” options, asked for her co-host’s film recommendations. Joy replied that she would share her picks, but did not reveal her go-to flicks on air.
