Donald Trump TRASHES Rihanna’s Halftime Super Bowl Performance
Former President Donald Trump trashed pop icon Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime show — calling her performance the “worst” ever.
“EPIC FAIL: Rihanna gave, without question, the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Sunday.
Trump accused Rihanna of using “foul and insulting” language in his post, possibly referring to the 2020 picture of her posing in front of a spray-painted art installation. “F*ck Trump” was painted on a car that was the centerpiece of the installation.
Also, Trump criticized Rihanna’s Super Bowl fashion choices: “Also, so much for her ‘Stylist!'”
In the past week, Trump has insulted Rihanna twice. In a Truth Social post on Thursday, Trump said Rihanna would be “NOTHING” without her stylist and claimed that the singer has “NO TALENT!”
Trump was referring to Rihanna’s creative director, Jahleel Weaver. Weaver has worked with Rihanna for more than a decade.
Rihanna has spoken out against Trump. She called his rallies “tragic” in 2018 and requested that her music not be played.
The singer performed a medley of 12 songs at the Super Bowl, including “Umbrella,” “Diamonds,” and “All of the Lights,” a Kanye West Song she featured on.
As part of her 13-and-a-half minute set, Rihanna revealed her baby bump under her bright-red outfit, revealing that she is expecting her second child with A$AP Rocky. Rihanna’s publicist confirmed her pregnancy.
Rihanna welcomed her first child, a baby boy, with rapper A$AP Rocky last May. The couple announced they were expecting in January 2022 with photos that showed off the singer’s baby bump. Rihanna wore a long pink coat unbuttoned to reveal her growing stomach, adorned with long body chains.
As part of Vogue magazine’s May 2022 issue, Rihanna discussed Rocky getting out of the “friend zone,” the moment she and Rocky “became my family,” and how she learned she was pregnant.
The billionaire pop star told the fashion outlet that the pair’s latest adventure into parenthood wasn’t something they had planned, but they also weren’t opposed to the idea.
“It was just there on the test. I didn’t waste any time,” Rihanna said of learning she was pregnant for the first time. “I called him inside and showed him. Then I was in the doctor’s office the next morning and our journey began.”
