Former ‘RHOC’ Daughter Disappears After Communicating She Was ‘Scared for Her Life’

Lindsey Knickerbocker, the troubled daughter of former Real Housewives of Orange County star, Tammy Knickerbocker, is missing. Tammy took to Facebook to alert the public and share her concern over the whereabouts of her 34-year-old daughter. 

Tammy’s post read—“Worried about Lindsey. This is her mom and someone has taken over this Facebook account and it is not her answering anyone. Please let me know if anyone has seen or heard from her, she was in Vegas or Henderson.”

Real Housewives of Orange County star, Tamra Judge, also shared a photo of Lindsey and added that Tammy’s adult daughter was “missing in the Nevada area.” Various Bravo social media accounts jumped on board to spread the word about the disappearance. 

Additional details were shared by a Facebook user named Tad Newcomb. Tammy reposted Newcomb’s message. 

The post began—“ATTN…Please share if you have friends in Vegas.”

Newcomb continued—“If all my Vegas friends can keep an eye out for my friend Lindsey Knickerbocker she has been missing since Jan 9th. She called her mom, scared of this guy that picked her up out there and said she thinks he will hurt her… and then the phone got cut off.”

He added—“This guy got on her fb messaging and said that he last saw her on Sunset and Boulder Hwy. Bad area yes. Please share this post and contact Tammy Knickerbocker or Megan Michelle Knickerbocker. Email in photo. Please Pray that she is okay!!!”

Megan Knickerbocker, Lindsey’s sister, posted a message in a Facebook missing persons group.

“Has anyone seen her?” Megan Knickerbocker asked. “Last contact was January 9th and she was scared for her life. No one has heard from her since. Absolutely gone without a trace.”

Megan added a physical description of her sibling.

She wrote—“Her name is Lindsey and she’s 5’5 and 110 lbs, brown eyes and blonde hair and 34 yrs old.”

A Facebook group member responded, asking Megan if her family had checked jail records because she had uncovered information that seemingly confirmed that Lindsey was wanted in Arkansas “for failing to appear in a drug charge.” 

Megan replied to the message, acknowledging her sister’s “struggles.”

She wrote—“Thanks for pointing that out. We have tried everything and can’t find her. Believe we wouldn’t make this public unless we weren’t out of options. She has had her struggles since our dad died, no one is denying that. We just want her found.” 

In February 2022, Lindsey was arrested for possession of meth and forgery in Arkansas.

Local news source, KNWA, reported that Lindsey was pulled over in a motel parking lot at a late hour because a police officer noticed that her vehicle’s license plate light was out. Police officers discovered “.4 grams of meth, more than $2,000 in counterfeit money, two forged checks and a device to print more” after they searched her car. Lindsey was charged with possession of methamphetamine and forgery.

Tammy Knickerbocker starred on the Bravo show for Seasons 2 and 3, and her two daughters made regular appearances. Lindsey and Megan worked alongside other RHOC daughters as “OC Angels,” spokesmodels for an energy drink company founded by Tammy’s ex-husband, Lou.
