Corey Gamble Dragged For Wearing His Sugar Mama’s $40k Birkin Bag
Kris Jenner’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble, is being dragged for sporting his sugar mama’s $40K Hermes Birkin bag at a basketball game.
Corey Gamble took to his Instagram Stories on Tuesday to share photos of himself sitting court-side at a Los Angeles Lakers game. Gamble was photographed sitting next to former Miami Heat player, Dwayne Wade, with the $40k crocodile Birkin bag next to him.
Besides the pricey accesory, Corey was dressed in black pants and a pink jacket. Wade, beside him, had a minimal look with tan slacks, a blue jacket, and a white beanie. The two retained their serious looks as they posed for the cameras.
After Corey’s photo with the $40K bag made its rounds on social media, a few fans accused him of showing off the expensive lifestyle he shares with Kris Jenner.
One person wrote, “Corey needs stop raiding Kris’ closet before these NBA games… Like what are you carrying in the Birkin, sir.”
Another fan wrote, “Is that Corey with a crocodile Birkin bag? Is that Kris’ bag? Either way, he’s back in action with his expensive toys.”
However, some fans didn’t see anything wrong with Corey flaunting his belongings.
A fan tweeted, “People are mad at Corey Gamble for “flaunting” his $40,000 crocodile Birkin bag at the Lakers game. Since when don’t certain rich people flaunt their shit? Also, that bag is FIERCE!!!”
In another Instagram Story, Corey and Wade posed alongside late-night host James Corden after the Lakers game before he and Wade proceeded to another venue where they smoked cigars.
Corey is not the only one getting backlash for showing off his wealth. Days earlier, Kris was bashed for showing off an expensive gift. Jenner showed off an almost $5k Gucci gift from Olympian Lindsey Vonn. In an IG video, Kris showed off a Tiffany jacket that costs up to $3k and JET pants, estimated at $1.5k, from Lindsey’s new Vault collection. Kris tagged the former Olympian and wrote, “Thank you so much,” with two yellow emojis.
Kris and Corey are never shy about showing off their wealth. Gamble began appearing on Keeping Up with The Kardashians after he started dating the “momager,” which was around 2015. That same year, a source close to the family revealed that Kris gave Corey a Christmas budget straight from her pocketbook. The source said, “Kris has given Corey a small $50k budget for family gifts and a separate much bigger budget of $500k to buy her presents.”
The source that spoke to OKMagazine revealed that Jenner also gave Corey a massive amount of money for a ring. Jenner sent Corey close to $2 million in a secret jewelry account to purchase her a diamond ring for when they get married, according to the source.
The insider said, “She’s always preferred things to be done her way, and she’s told him she can’t see him affording an engagement ring worthy of her, so she’s going to top it up.” The source added that Kris was so concerned about her brand that she was choosing her own ring because she was still unsure of Corey’s taste in things. “She figures if she’s going to be wearing it, she might as well choose it, too.”
They went on to say that Kris didn’t trust Corey yet with such an expensive purchase. During her 66th birthday in 2022, Corey took to social media to celebrate seven years together by posting several photos of them together.
He captioned it, “Happpppppy Birthday my Beautiful Queen!! Love you Deep bab. Cheers To the best mother & more decades of Love and good health with u @krisjenner.”
