Joe Giudice Calls Out Ex Teresa Amid ‘RHONJ’ Star’s Feud with Melissa Gorga
Joe Giudice called out ex, Teresa Giudice, after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star gushed over her other sister-in-law amid her feud with her brother, Joe Gorga, and his wife, Melissa.
“I thought you loved Melissa,” he wrote about Teresa’s co-star, in a comment that was deleted but screengrabbed by @commentsbybravo, on Wednesday.
Joe swiftly replaced his original remark with “Beautiful.”
Teresa posted a series of photos taken with Dr. Veronica Ruelas, sister of her husband, Luis Ruelas, and added a gushing caption to honor her new sister-in-law on her special day.
“Happy Birthday to the sister i’ve always dreamed of,” Giudice captioned the snaps. “Veronica you have the most beautiful, wonderful soul I have ever encountered. Veronica when you enter a room it is as if a goddess walked in. You are beautiful and such a special powerful woman. I love you beyond words, thank you for being so amazing to me❤️.”
Teresa and Joe’s daughter, Milania, took to the post’s comment section to chime in, writing—“my favorite people😍😍😍😍,” adding, “awwww u guys r so adorable.”
The two families clashed in the days leading up to Teresa and Luis’ August wedding after some RHONJ cast members spread the rumor that Melissa had cheated on her husband with actor, Nick Barrotta. Drama exploded while production filmed the finale episode and the blowout resulted in Joe and Melissa bailing on the ritzy nuptials.
In October, Andy Cohen decided to separate the RHONJ cast amid various brewing feuds at NYC fan event, BravoCon. The Bravo exec revealed that the decision was made due to the beef between the Gorgas and Teresa, but the Bravo star later confirmed that she did not make the request.
“I’m not the boss so that doesn’t come from me, and it’s, like, common sense, duh,” Teresa explained during an episode of her podcast, “Namaste B$tches.” “We haven’t had our reunion yet, so of course they want to keep us separate. They didn’t want a reunion to happen at BravoCon.”
Teresa described being “blindsided” after watching her family speak out on the Bravo show, during a December appearance on the “Shenanigans with Scheana Shay” podcast.
“I never watched the show [before]. You know why I didn’t watch the show? Not because I was lazy… thank God I didn’t watch the show, because now that I’m watching the show, I see things that my brother and Melissa said about me, and my ex-husband. I’m like mortified. It’s like so heartbreaking, so heart-wrenching, so sad that my own family could be talking like this about me,” Teresa told the Vanderpump Rules star.
Teresa added that she was happy that she didn’t view RHONJ for years because it would have “upset” her deceased parents. She shared that she was now “free” and only wished Joe and Melissa well. She pointedly added that the couple should now just leave her in peace.
