The View’s Ana Navarro Admits To Getting Plastic Surgery Amid Weight Loss
The View host Ana Navarro shared one of her beauty secrets with her followers amid her recent weight loss.
Ana posted a photo of herself in a pink outfit to her Instagram earlier this week. The 51-year-old was walking down the street in a silk button-down dress with a thigh-high slit. The all-pink outfit was completed by puffy feathers on Ana’s arms and pink sunglasses.
The political analyst was all smiles as she walked down the Miami street with her tiny dog and purse. The following photo was of Navarro’s shoes, which were covered in pink fur. In her post, the host explained why she wore the bright outfit.
Navarro wrote, “When I told (The View stylist Fran Taylor) I was going with @sarahaines to a drag brunch in Miami Beach this weekend, she said, “I have just the thing. And here you have it — Drag-Brunch Chic.”
The host joked, “No actual flamingoes were harmed in the making of this outfit.”
In her comment sections, one fan was shocked at how young the television personality looked in the Instagram photo. They asked, “Who’s the young chick with the cute puppy?” Ana replied, “Some b-tch who had @carloswolfmd inject daxxify.”
Daxxify is similar to botox, but it allegedly lasts longer. It was FDA-approved late last year to help reduce wrinkle lines on your face. Since the wrinkle treatment lasts longer, it is more expensive than Botox. This revelation comes after Ana revealed that she lost some weight for the first time in her adult life after getting COVID during Thanksgiving. The political strategist missed a week of work at the end of November because she was sick.
“It’s still killing people. It’s still putting a lot of people in the hospital, but there’s also a lot of resources available,” she said. When Ana returned to The View, she told viewers, “So, yes. I had COVID over Thanksgiving. And I had COVID last week. I just want to tell you guys a few things, Number one: It’s back. It’s not gone.”
She continued, “I got complacent. I wasn’t wearing my mask anywhere and I fly around a lot and so I just hope that we are all cognizant that it is still here. It is still something we have to deal with. And we should all be careful of it.”
Ana lives in Miami and commutes to New York to fulfill her hosting duties.
Navarro added, “I thought I just had a little head cold,” while admitting, “If The View didn’t constantly test us, I would have assumed that’s all I had. The one silver lining is that this is the first Thanksgiving in my adult life when I lose weight instead of gaining.”
Since getting Covid, Ana has taken more time to focus on her health and often shares her workout selfies with her more than 600k Instagram followers.
A day after Christmas, The View host posted a photo looking fresh-faced as she posed in front of Pilates equipment.
Ana captioned the post, “Y’all it’s 48 degrees and raining in Miami, and somehow, I managed to drag myself out of bed and go to Pilates class.”
The host’s followers praised her in the comments.
One fan wrote, “Whatever you’ve been doing, keep it up. You look fabulous and even younger! Wishing you a Happy New Year! P.s you just motivated me to go to the gym today.”
Another fan said, “Your work hard is paying off you look great and so skinny.”
