Reza Farahan DRAGS Kyle Richards … Says Her Own Family Hates Her!
Kyle Richards hit back after Reza Farahan called the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star “overrated,” during a Sunday appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
Andy Cohen asked his guest a pointed question submitted by a fan.
“Nina L. wants to know who you think is the most overrated Housewife,” the host asked the Shahs of Sunset alum.
The former Bravo star warned that his response would likely get him into “a lot of trouble,” which seemingly delighted Cohen.
“I apologize in advance — Kyle Richards,” Farahan said. “Sorry, Kyle.”
Farahan, 49, clarified that his answer partially stemmed from his wish to see Lisa Vanderpump return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Fans know that Lisa exited the show after Season 9 amid a messy feud with Kyle.
“I want to know what’s going on in her life. You’ve got me addicted,” Farahan shared.
Cohen reminded the Traitors personality that he could catch Lisa on Vanderpump Rules, which is set to return for its tenth season, in February. Farahan noted that the spinoff show was no substitute for Lisa’s original Bravo persona.
“I want to see her kitchen,” he explained.
It didn’t take long for Kyle, 54, to clap back at Farahan’s diss.
“Wasn’t his show cancelled?” she commented on a post shared by fan account @CiCi.Loves.You. “And wasn’t he the first one voted off the Traitors? I can’t even be offended.”
Kyle’s co-star, Dorit Kemsley, cheered her pal on by posting a series of clapping hands emojis in the comment section.
Farahan fired off a scathing response, writing—“@bravo_after_thoughts_my show was canceled, and I was killed 1st on traitors, but my sibling and all my cast mates still take my calls. How are @kathyhilton and @kimrichards11 doing @kylerichards18?”
Farahan appeared on Shahs of Sunset for all nine seasons before Bravo canceled the series in April 2022. He opened up about receiving the news of the cancellation in July 2022, during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Reality Checked.
“I did not know how difficult it was going to be,” he said, at the time. “I mean, I was a zombie for like three weeks. It was very hard.”
Farahan revealed that he was preparing to ask for a raise based on the show’s ratings before news broke that the series had been axed.
“I was thinking we’d be having a ‘can we talk about my raise’ convo, and then it was like, ‘Oh, yeah, sorry,’” he said. “I had all my confessional looks lined up. So many of them.”
Kyle and Dorit are gearing up for RHOBH filming season, which is expected to kick off later this month. Kyle, Dorit, Erika Jayne, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Garcelle Beauvais, and Sutton Stracke are expected to return for Season 13. Kyle’s sister, Kathy Hilton’s status remains unclear in the wake of her Season 12 clash with Lisa Rinna. Rinna and Diana Jenkins have both confirmed that they will not be back.
