RHOBH: One of Crystal Kung Minkoff’s 14 Friends To Confront Her In Season 13

Crystal Kung Minkoff is reportedly coming back to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and bringing a “pal” from the very friend group that became a hot topic during Season 12, along for the ride.  

Crystal not only seemingly scored a diamond, but producers are reportedly filling one of the spots vacated by Lisa Rinna and Diana Jenkins with a woman from her disgruntled friend group. The unidentified newbie is rumored to be one of the group of 14 who clashed with Crystal after she landed her role on the show. 

Instagram account, Queens of Bravo, dished about the casting twist on social media last week, hinting that Bravo exec, Andy Cohen, was overheard discussing bringing Crystal’s friend into the mix. 

“Allegedly a certain Bravo host was heard saying that RHOBH begins filming in a few weeks. 1 of the news HWs is one of the Crystal‘s ’14 friends,’ seemingly confirming Crystal‘s return too,” Queens of Bravo spilled.  

Filming for RHOBH Season 13 is expected to kick off toward the end of January after the ladies were allowed a break to recover from a dramatic and emotional Season 12. 

Casting rumors have been circulating for weeks and only heated up after Lisa Rinna confirmed her departure, after eight seasons. 

“This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come,” Rinna said, via a statement. 

Rinna’s rep added—”After taking the time to weigh her current options and business obligations, Lisa and Bravo have discussed and mutually decided that she will not be returning to RHOBH.”

Diana revealed that she would not be coming back because she was on bed rest amid a high-risk pregnancy.  

“As many of you know, Asher and I are expecting our second child later this year. You also know that due to many factors, this pregnancy is considered high risk and I am on doctor-advised bed rest. To that end, I am not able to devote myself fully to filming the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Diana explained on Instagram. “I would like to thank Bravo and Evolution for allowing me to focus on my pregnancy, and for their support and understanding. I promise to continue sharing my fertility journey with you.”

In July, Crystal responded to her co-star, Sutton Stracke’s claim that she had fallen out with 14 of her close friends. 

“Actually it was only 3 people, the rest came back and apologized,” Crystal wrote on her Instagram Story.

Crystal then implied that some of her friends reacted badly after she scored a spot on the RHOBH cast.   

She wrote—“Success affects people in different ways. It affected people around you too. Some can’t handle it. Some can’t handle it, some celebrate it. Don’t let your success stop you from achieving your goals.” 

Crystal concluded—“Don’t let others convince you that you don’t deserve it. And if you lose them, they were never your friends to begin with.”
