Teen Mom’s Cheyenne Floyd Buys $2 Million Mansion In Shady Transaction … We Have Questions

Teen Mom star Cheyenne Floyd dropped close to $2 million on her new home, but her partner Zach Davis is not included in the home’s deed.

Zach Davis and Cheyenne Floyd have shared glimpses of their new home with fans since they moved in. The Teen Mom couple moved away from the city and into the suburbs with their two children, Ryder, 5, and Ace, 17 months.

In an October 2022 YouTube video, Zach said while opening the mansion’s front door, “Welcome to my beautiful home.” Despite saying this, Zach doesn’t technically own the house. According to the mortgage deed, obtained by The U.S Sun, only Cheyenne is listed on the home.

The documents also reveal that the Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star closed on the house on October 13, 2022, after taking a home loan of $1,590,500. The Northridge house had originally been listed for $1,988,519. The two-story home’s exterior features a garage and patio, while the inside has high ceilings and hardwood floors.

Floyd went with black and grey furniture for her home to give it a Pinterest-inspired modern look. One of the rooms Zach and Cheyenne have shown fans, includes the family room with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the California mountains. The Teen Mom star also revealed they have a podcast room, a man cave for Zach, and a guest bedroom.

Cheyenne probably didn’t include her husband in the deed due to his recent troubles with the law. On October 12, Davis was sentenced to 120 days at Los Angeles County Jail and 60 months probation for driving under the influence. This sentencing was based on a 2020 DUI charge where he pled guilty to “driving while alcohol level was .08 or above.”

Zach’s legal issues didn’t stop the couple from tying the knot in September 2022. The MTV stars got married in a lavish ceremony in Pasadena with friends, family, and some of their Teen Mom costars. Zach has had a history of prior arrests, including identity theft.

Davis addressed his past violations in a YouTube video with his wife.

He said, “Everything comes with a consequence… if you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime. I don’t know, it was all mistakes that I made in the past and I won’t make again. I got a family now. I got a huge support system that I’m not trying to sabotage.”

However, Teen Mom fans still feel he is a danger to his family after someone shot at them in early 2022 while they were taking a ride with their kids. During one of the episodes, the couple recounted how a man came up to them and shot 13 times at their car, causing them to crash into a Prius.

Cheyenne said, “God literally covered us that day because every cop who was there said they don’t understand how we are all alive.” She also admitted to suffering post-traumatic stress over the shooting. “We are stuck in a constant replay of the worst day of your life. Everything is just a trigger. Everything is a reminder.”

One fan tweeted about the incident, “So are we ever going to find out why Zach had a hit on him cause someone shooting up your car with your family in it isn’t normal or random.”

Another person questioned Cheyenne’s decision to marry Davis, “Tbh I wouldn’t have married Zach after that shooting. I would have broken up with him. Hell, he endangered my young kids and me, how would I still love him after that? Nope. I couldn’t do it.”
