Tamra Judge Threatens Kelly Dodd Over Slanderous Remarks
Tamra Judge is calling out Kelly Dodd’s lies about the ownership of the reality star’s CBD business.
Kelly Dodd made the outrageous claims during one of her YouTube show’s — the former Real Housewives of Orange County star said that Vena CBD is not owned by Tamra Judge. She also dragged her former RHOC castmates during the December episode of her YouTube show with her husband, Rick Leventhal.
“This isn’t really her company, as far as the documents show.” Kelly Dodd said. “This is all in the public domain. They didn’t come up with the formula, they didn’t come up with the intellectual property, they didn’t come up with the distribution. They slapped their name on it and they bullsh-t people by saying that they’re founders and that this is their company.”
Kelly Dodd later doubled down on her comments, saying, “She claims to co founded a company, she claims to be a lot of things. She’s a joke.”
RHOC alum Gretchen Rossi also chimed in to slam Tamra, saying she’s “always been a liar.”
Tamra did not hesitate to clap back by issuing the former Bravoleb a stern warning to be “very careful.”
She wrote, “Nothing like addressing a little crazy to wrap up the year, not to mention I just got out of surgery … Anyone that has any experience running a company is fully aware that LLC ownership does not equate to who is publicly listed. Most LLC use a registered agent so there is no personal information available publicly,” Tamra explained.
“I can assure you that I am in fact an owner of Vena. As every partner (retail and online) of Vena is already aware, Vena is a joint venture between Eddie and myself with Medterra CBD,” she continued. “To have someone go after our business that we have worked so hard at is disgusting. I highly recommend you be very careful.”
Back in 2020, Kelly accused Tamra of getting her fired from the Bravo reality series and went on a tirade against the CBD business owner.
Tamra Judge denied the allegations, and when a fan asked her about Kelly’s claim during an Instagram Q & A, and the reality vet fired off a response. She’s full s**t,” Tamra said of Kelly. “I’ve never tried to get anyone fired from RHOC.”
Kelly Dodd alleged via an Instagram video, that both Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson had backed social media campaigns designed to get her axed from the RHOC cast. “I never had that power,” the former realty star added.
Tamra Judge also clarified why she left the Bravo show, after her 12 year long run.
“Why did you really leave RHOC?” a fan asked.
“They reduced my role to part-time, and I didn’t accept it. Time to move on,” Tamra responded.
Tamra Judge is making her Real Housewives of Orange County comeback for season 17.
Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 is expected to premiere in winter 2023.
