Katharina Mazepa ‘Liked’ Lisa and Lenny Hochstein’s Family Pic Months Ahead of ‘RHOM’ Couple’s Split
Lenny and Lisa Hochstein marked Christmas of 2021 by sharing a glamorous family photo — and received a “like” from a controversial Real Housewives of Miami follower.
Lenny’s current girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, “liked” the sweet family pic, seemingly revealing that her eye was on the wealthy Miami couple ahead of their breakup.
Lenny and Lisa, who wed in 2009, confirmed their breakup on May 16 after Lisa discovered her husband partying with Katharina at a Miami nightclub. Lisa’s rep told PEOPLE that she was “blindsided” by her husband’s decision to leave the marriage. They share two children, Logan, 7, and Elle, 2.
Lenny explained his relationship with Katharina — “Nothing happened between [Katharina and I] until [Lisa and I] decided on the divorce, and Lisa was aware of my plans before anything happened between Katharina and myself.”
Katharina also claimed that the couple was separated when she began dating Lenny and denied that she was the reason behind his decision to leave the marriage.
“The reality is that both Lenny and I have been separated from our spouses for a while and are both going through divorces. I was informed Lisa was fully aware that he was going out with me,” Katharina claimed.
She continued—“In fact, he is going to great lengths to protect his family and do right by everyone involved in this difficult process.”
The 26-year-old model filed a restraining order against the reality star in July, claiming that she had been bullied and harassed since beginning her relationship with the 55-year-old plastic surgeon. A judge tossed the order, in December.
The divorce filing submitted on November 28 stated — “Upon review, the evidence presented is insufficient under the Florida law […] to allow the Court to issue an injunction for protection against domestic, repeat, dating or sexual violence or stalking.”
The Real Housewives of Miami star later commented that Katharina’s filing was “nothing more than a cheap publicity stunt and a way for Lenny to improve his position in their divorce proceedings.”
“I am glad that my attorney, Jayne Weintraub, exposed her lying under oath and that I was fully exonerated. Now I can focus completely without distraction, on what matters most—my children,” she told Page Six, at the time.
Last month, Lenny accused Peacock, the network behind RHOM, of editing a “hot mic” moment to favor his estranged wife.
Lenny told Page Six that he believed that Peacock was creating a narrative that made his ex “look like the innocent one” while painting him as a “villain.”
“The fact is that I had already made the decision to leave Lisa,” he said. “It was my hope that it could wait until the filming ended.”
The surgeon alleged that he “couldn’t take it” anymore after Lisa returned home at 7:30 am, after jumping from her “Good Vibes” hosting gig to yet another party. He claimed that his wife “didn’t get out of bed all day.”
“I lost it and told her that I couldn’t take it,” he recalled. “Not even one more day.”
Lenny also called out his ex’s claim that she was “blindsided” by his decision to leave the marriage. The “boob god” claimed that Lisa had been “interviewing lawyers up to two years prior.”
The Real Housewives of Miami is currently streaming on Peacock.
