A since-deleted video of Kim Kardashian’s home showed her two Pomeranians locked in the garage, but sources confirm they don’t live there.
Insiders ensured Radar Online that Kim’s little furry friends don’t live in the garage but they live with the family inside their home. North West had posted a video on her TikTok showing their dogs, Sushi and Sake, in the garage locked in their pens with peeing pads near them. The dogs had their own Christmas set up in the garage with stockings and mini holidays trees. The setup sparked outrage because it seemed like the pups were living there.
TikToker, @NeedTheDeets, reposted the since-deleted video and captioned it, “Is it because Kim Kardashian doesn’t want people to think they keep their dogs in the garage?” Several people agreed in the comments.
“Provide a better life than this for your dogs!” one fan demanded. Another said, “They have acres of land but they keep dogs in their garage smh.”
They also accused The Kardashians star of putting her dogs in the garage because they didn’t fit her aesthetic.
“@KimKardashian why have dogs when you clearly don’t look after them. This horrible culture of everything being disposable and temporary until the latest fad comes in. They are dogs with feelings, they should not be living in your garage! So cruel,” the fan tweeted.
However, other people didn’t find a problem with her dogs staying in the garage.
One fan said, “at least they have their own Christmas tree.”
Another added, “She probably has dog cages in her garage, so she can put them in there when they are filming or have company to keep them from jumping on people. It’s no different from someone putting their pets in a bedroom or bathroom and closing the door.”
PETA Senior Vice President reacted to the video in a statement to Page Six. “Knowing that Kim Kardashian is anti-fur and mostly vegan, we are hoping hard that she does not relegate her dogs to life in a garage.”
The statement continued, “What PETA does know is that dogs are highly social pack animals who need more than just soft beds and decorative stockings: they deserve to feel safe, loved, and to live inside the house as part of the family.”
Despite the outrage, Kim has been posting photos of herself and her children on her Instagram. But in her comment section, fans are still reminding the reality star about her dogs.
