Vicki Gunvalson Flaunts 22-Pound Weight Loss — See Before and After Photos

Real Housewives of Orange County alum, Vicki Gunvalson, is taking “new year, new me” to a whole new level as she recently opened up about shedding 22 pounds. Vicki revealed that she lost weight through diet and an Airsculpt procedure. The 60-year-old veteran received a minimally invasive body contouring treatment at Elite Body Sculpture.

“Cellulite appears stronger when you’re getting thinner,” Vicki told Us Weekly during a post-op interview. “My butt and my legs were running into the same area. So I was in the Hamptons and I ran into LeeAnne Locken and she looked fabulous. I’m like, ‘What in the hell did you do?’ She’s like, ‘I lost weight, and I did AirSculpt.’ I’m like, ‘Liposuction.’ She goes, ‘No, AirSculpt.’”

AirSculpt permanently removes fat, tightens skin, and sculpts targeted areas of the body. Healing time takes about 24 to 48 hours, as opposed to the six months it takes to heal from traditional liposuction. Following her procedure, Vicki was able to appear at BravoCon just three days later.

“I lost about 20 pounds from my heaviest two, three years ago,” Vicki continued, explaining that her diet consisted of “intermittent fasting and trying to really limit sugars and things like that.”

The Bravolebrity gushed that she didn’t have to be put to sleep for the procedure. “I was really excited ’cause I didn’t have to go under general anesthetic, and they actually cut the bands of the cellulite so they won’t appear anymore,” she said.

“Cellulite is these bands that appear and push the skin up and [you] get these dimples. So I’m like, ‘Well, get ’em gone. What can we do?’ And [the doctor said], ‘I definitely can improve. I’m not gonna put you back to when you were 20.’ So I had a realistic expectation,” Vicki noted.

She concluded that with Airsculpt and dieting, she was able to reach her goal weight. “I lost seven pounds from my two-week checkup to my three-month checkup, but overall I’ve lost about 22 pounds from my heaviest about a year ago,” she said. “I’m a size 4/6 and I’m 5’8, so I don’t wanna be a size 1 or 2. I’m a big girl. I love to cook. I love to eat. But I do one meal a day and that intermittent fasting really helped me.”

Vicki reached her goal weight just in time for her return to The Real Housewives of Orange County. As reported, the Coto Insurance CEO is returning to season 17 of the Bravo reality series to spice things up. However, this time around, Vicki won’t be on the show for long.

“I wasn’t cast as a full-time ‘Housewife’ or even a ‘friend of.’ I filmed a scene with Tamra and Shannon which was fun and I miss filming. But nothing more,” the reality star told Page Six during BravoCon.

Vicki was spotted filming with former RHOC castmates Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, and newbie Jeniffer Pandrati in late October. The ladies were seen walking around a beach resort as Bravo cameras followed.

Vicki received mixed reactions on social media from fans about her return. “This could be a perfect way for Vicki to come back as a full time housewife in #RHOC if she plays her cards right!” one fan said. Another wrote, “Vicki is in Mexico filming RHOC’s cast trip, Vicki is back and the Tres Amigas are together again whooping it up in Mexico… life is good.”

A third fan wasn’t so excited about Vicki’s return. “Very disappointing to see Vicki there. She must have managed to beg her way back on. After her disgusting entitled behavior in the past I will never watch her until the end of time,” the fan tweeted.
