Real Housewives of New Jersey fans are not feeling Teresa Giudice’s untraditional Christmas tree. The 50-year-old reality star chose a pampas grass tree to celebrate the season, showing off her display in a recent Instagram video.

Teresa, who wed second husband, Luis Ruelas, in August, revealed her offbeat aesthetic in footage set against an Ariana Grande Christmas song.

“Obsessed with my pampas Christmas tree,” the reality star captioned the post, which was shot in her glitzy $3 million mansion.

The video also featured the home’s massive spiral staircase and dramatic chandelier. The fluffy white tree was lit up with white lights, but no ornaments. Pampas grass is on trend but is typically sold in small bunches.

The newlywed’s fans sounded off about her tree in the post’s comment section.

One fan wrote—“I wanna like it but it has no ornaments.”

Another commented—“No thanks”

A third follower added—“I’ll stick with a traditional tree!”

A user noted— “Teresa, you have some of the most oddball styling.”

Another declared—“That’s the ugliest tree I’ve ever seen.”

One person wrote—“Seems like a fire hazard.”

The 7,728 square-foot Montville Township house features seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a six-car garage, and a meditation patio. Teresa shares four daughters with ex, Joe Giudice, Gia, 21, Gabriella, 18; Milania, 16, and Audriana, 13. Luis has two sons, David, who is attending college, and a younger son, who is autistic.

Teresa will make her holiday film debut in ‘Fuhgeddabout,’ later this month, alongside Mob Wives personality, Renee Graziano and Jersey Shore’s Vinny Guadagnino. The movie premieres on December 21 on VH1. Teresa and Vinny both competed in Dancing With the Stars Season 31.

Melissa Gorga

The Real Housewives of New Jersey will premiere next year amid a real-time feud between Teresa and her brother, Joe Gorga, and sister-in-law/co-star, Melissa Gorga.

Fans know that drama exploded during filming season, ahead of Teresa and Luis’ summer nuptials. The blowout resulted in Joe and Melissa bailing on the event.

Earlier this month, the Bravo veteran appeared on the “Shenanigans with Scheana Shay” podcast, where she spoke about being “blindsided” after watching her family speak out on RHONJ.

“I never watched the show [before]. You know why I didn’t watch the show? Not because I was lazy… thank God I didn’t watch the show, because now that I’m watching the show, I see things that my brother and Melissa said about me, and my ex-husband. I’m like mortified. It’s like so heartbreaking, so heart-wrenching, so sad that my own family could be talking like this about me,” Teresa told the Vanderpump Rules star.

She added that she’s now “free” and only wished Joe and Melissa well. She pointedly added that the couple should now just “keep my name out of their mouth.”
