Bachelorette Alum Flirts With Sister Wives’ Christine Brown and Blasts Kody
Bachelorette alum Josh Seiter “would love to date” Sister Wives star Christine Brown following her from Kody Brown.
“I think she is beautiful and I think she is a wonderful mother and grandmother,” Josh, 35, tells InTouch.
There is a 15-year age gap between Josh Seiter and the new divorcee, according to the Bachelorette alum age is nothing but a number.
“I know there is an age difference between us, but that hasn’t stopped me before,” the social media star, who previously dated Yolanda Leak of 90 Day Fiancé, who is 20 years older than him.
Josh Seiter made his reality TV debut in 2015 when he competed on season 11 of The Bachelorette, which starred Kaitlyn Bristowe. Josh and Kaitlyn didn’t hit it off and he was eliminated during the first rose ceremony.
Josh Seiter shoot his shot at Christine Brown when he dropped a flirty comment on a selfie she posted on Instagram on December 6, he wrote, “Gorgeous.”
“As for the comment I left on her Instagram, I was just trying to be supportive to someone who is in a similar position to myself,” Josh tells the outlet, referring to his recent breakup with 90 Day Fiancé’s Karine Staehle.
He added, “I know breakups aren’t easy, especially with someone like Kody, who I didn’t think treated her right. She deserves a good man, so I DMed her asking if she would be interested in grabbing dinner next time I’m at my family’s home in St. George, Utah, which isn’t far from where she lives.”
Christine Brown announced her split from Kody in November 2021 after 25 years together. News of the separation came ahead of the TLC hit’s 17th season.
On Nov. 2, 2021, Christine took to Instagram to share news of the separation.
“After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave. We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family,” she wrote.
The Season 17 premiere of Sister Wives featured Kody and Christine discussing where their marriage went wrong, with a big focus on their intimacy issues. At one point, Christine says that she no longer desires an intimate relationship with Kody because he’s made it clear that he isn’t interested in one either.
It’s not certain if Christine and Josh have connected for a date, but the social media influencer says he’s ready to enjoy life outside of a relationship – for now.
“I’m looking forward to being single for a while until the right person comes along,” he says. “It might be Christine, you never know.”
