Judge Dismisses Lenny Hochstein’s Girlfriend’s Restraining Order Against Lisa
Lenny Hochstein’s girlfriend’s case against his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, has been dismissed by a judge.
In July, Katharina, 26, filed a restraining order against Lisa Hochstein, claiming that Lisa was bullying and harassing her since she started dating Lenny, 55. However, a judge has dismissed the restraining order according to court documents obtained by Page Six. Judge Ayana Harris found “no just cause” in Mazepa’s petition to grant the order.
Katharina is currently dating Lenny but denies being the reason for his divorce from the Real Housewives of Miami star. The filing submitted on November 28 stated, “Upon review, the evidence presented is insufficient under the Florida law […] to allow the Court to issue an injunction for protection against domestic, repeat, dating or sexual violence or stalking.”
After the case was dismissed, Lisa Hochstein, 40, spoke out to Page Six about the case and said that Mazepa’s affidavit contained nothing but “false and fictitious claims against her.” The Real Housewives of Miami star added that Katharina’s filing was “nothing more than a cheap publicity stunt and a way for Lenny to improve his position in their divorce proceedings.”
The reality star continued to say, “I am glad that my attorney, Jayne Weintraub, exposed her lying under oath and that I was fully exonerated.” Lisa shares two kids Elle, 2, and Logan, 7, with Lenny who she is currently divorcing. “Now I can focus completely without distraction, on what matters most—my children,” she said.
As per Page Six, Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa after a showdown when she found him partying with Mazepa at a Miami club. However, the Australian model told Page Six in May that the couple was separated long before she began going out with the plastic surgeon.
“The reality is that both Lenny and I have been separated from our spouses for a while and are both going through divorces. I was informed Lisa was fully aware that he was going out with me,” Katharina claimed. She continued to say, “In fact, he is going to great lengths to protect his family and do right by everyone involved in this difficult process.”
Lisa recently filed an urgent motion of temporary support from Lenny after he allegedly cut her access from his American Express card. In court documents filed on November 16, the Real Housewives of Miami star claimed she tried to buy diapers and food for their minor child but the card was declined. Lisa also claimed that Lenny hadn’t transferred money to her account in months, and insisted she uses a “two-door” car to transport their kids.
