‘Sister Wives’ Gwendlyn Brown Engaged to Girlfriend Beatriz Queiroz
Gwendlyn Brown is engaged to girlfriend, Beatriz Queiroz. The 21-year-old daughter of ex Sister Wives couple, Kody and Christine Brown, shared about the moment Beatriz popped the question on Instagram Wednesday.
“i’m engaged!! 💍💚 ” she captioned a series of snaps.
The first two photos featured the couple sitting next to each other and the other two pics revealed the moment Beatriz popped the question, as captured by an undercover photographer.
Gwen shared a peek at her emerald-type stone engagement ring on her Instagram Story.
The duo celebrated six months together in September. Gwen shared, via Instagram, that Beatriz planned a romantic celebration that included “chocolate fondue and i lost my mind at her planning skillz (feat. our song).”
Kody and Christine share six children, Aspyn, Mykelti, Paedon, Gwendlyn, Ysabel, and Truely. Aspyn and Mykelti are already married.
Christine weighed in on Gwen’s sexuality in a previous episode, referring back to Meri and Kody’s only child, Leon, who came out as transgender over the summer.
“When [Leon] told us [they were] gay. Immediately I thought oh so is Gwendlyn. I knew immediately,” Christine said. “We’ve had just great conversations about it.”
Christine shared that she routinely shares lighthearted banter with her daughter about her own sexuality.
“She teases me about having celebrity crushes on women and I’m also partially gay. I’m not. She loves teasing about it,” Christine said. “My female celebrity crushes are Blake Lively, Kelly Clarkson, [and] Emily Blunt. They’re just beautiful. I can’t help but admire them.”
Gwen shared during the same episode—”I’m bisexual. I’m not only attracted to women. I’m also attracted to men and people who fall into other gender spectrums.”
Gwendlyn made headlines last month, after she dished Brown family updates via a friend’s TikTok livestream.
Gwen, who admitted that Kody acts a “little nicer” on the show, revealed that her father had been healing in the months since Christine moved to Utah.
“I think the strain of him having so many wives and forcing himself to believe in something he wasn’t really for kind of made him more of an upset, unhappy person,” Gwen said. “But he’s really healing. He’s getting a lot better.”
She confirmed that her mother was thriving in her new life, since splitting from her father. Gwen also revealed that she was not a fan of Robyn, Kody’s fourth and only legal wife.
“Please don’t mention her again, we don’t want bad vibes,” Gwen joked.
