Margaret Josephs Slams Jennifer Aydin For ‘Inappropriate Comments’ About Her Sexual Assault

Margaret Josephs slammed Jennifer Aydin for their fake reconciliation during the latest season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. 

Margaret’s issues with Jennifer began during the premiere episode of RHONJ’s season 12 when Margaret exposed Bill Aydin. She spoke about their past issues while at BravoCon 2022.

“I hate hypocrisy and I do not make up lies. I do not make up stories. Did I say her husband had an affair? I didn’t surprise her with it. I apologized genuinely. I felt horrible when I saw how hurt she was. I made up with her genuinely,” Margaret said. The fashion designer exposed Bill Aydin’s affair ten years ago with a pharmaceutical rep while Jennifer was pregnant with Christian, 10.

“When I make up with somebody and I say, ‘I’m sorry.’ I mean it from the heart. Some people aren’t that way so that was a little shocking,” Margaret continued. Josephs also told fans they will see for themselves how fake Aydin was to her in the upcoming season. “This year … She did not make up with me genuinely … She had it in for me. You guys will watch this season.”

Margaret also said Jennifer, 47, diminished her sexual harrasment. “I spoke openly in my book about my sexual harassment and what happened to me in my career as a young girl. And she said I slept my way to the top.”

Josephs, 55, said Jennifer saying Margaret slept her way to the top was “inappropriate” and she had plenty of chances to apologize to her. “She diminished my sexual harassment knowing well and good what had happened with her husband … knowing well and good her husband had an affair with somebody he worked with,” Margaret added.

Jennifer spoke to E! News and said no one knew about the affair prior to Margaret’s revelation. “I didn’t tell my parents, I didn’t tell my best friend, I didn’t tell my cousin, I didn’t tell my sister, not my siblings. To the grave is where I was going to take the secret. I pretended it didn’t happen.”

Margaret also spoke about Lisa Rinna’s drama on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during the interview and said the soap actress is good TV.

“I don’t think Lisa Rinna’s lying. That doesn’t mean that no one’s a bad person and listen, Lisa Rinna could have a bad delivery, and maybe she didn’t do it right, but things happen.”
