Wendy Osefo’s husband, Eddie Osefo, came out to defend his wife after she was attacked by Mia Thorton in Miami.

The recent episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac ended with an embarrassing showdown between Wendy Osefo and Mia Thorton. Mia had taken all the ladies to Miami and they stopped by Peter Thomas’ restaurant. Things went left after Peter told Mia that he had beef with Wendy because of their business agreement to open a Nigerian restaurant together. Well, Mia confronted Wendy for not getting back to Peter and not checking in with him when she came into town. But Wendy thought that was ridiculous because Peter isn’t her husband but a business partner. Wendy then said that she and Eddie don’t move the way Mia and Gordon do which caused Mia to throw a drink in her face.

Mia and Wendy got into it later in the night which led to Mia hitting her co-star on the head,  all the while Robyn Dixon was recording the incident. Dixon kept blaming Wendy throughout the night for getting assaulted because she kept “antagonizing” Mia.

Robyn also told Osefo that if she didn’t want to fight, she should close her mouth. Real Housewives of Potomac viewers called out Robyn for being a hypocrite because she changed her stance on violence when it came to Wendy but acted differently when Monique Samuels assaulted Candiace Dillard during season 5. Wendy’s husband, Eddie, also called out Robyn’s nasty behavior during the episode on Twitter.

Eddie posted a screenshot of the meaning of “antagonizing” and captioned it, “The literal definition. I think throwing a drink would be classified as antagonizing behavior. #RHOP.” Candiace’s husband, Chris Bassett, entered the chat and supported Eddie.

He replied, “Be careful Eddie, they don’t like when we talk and defend our women. But you’re right bro.” Wendy received a lot of support after the episode aired and thanked fans for showing her love online after what Mia did to her.

The Johns Hopkins professor wrote on Twitter, “These past few days have been crazy, but just wanted to say that I see you and I appreciate each and everyone of you. I am forever grateful for the outpouring of love & support. Sending you all my deepest gratitude and biggest hug.”

Mia Thorton, on her part, deleted her Twitter after receiving so much backlash and threats over her actions on The Real Housewives of Potomac.
