Kendall Jenner and her baller boyfriend, Devin Booker, recently broke up due to their hectic schedules.
The Kardashians star and Phoenix Suns guard made their love Instagram official on Valentine’s Day 2021. However, reports say the couple had been dating since 2020 when they spent much time together during quarantine. A month later after going public, a source told Us Weekly that the couple was focused on taking things slow.
“It’s not like they will be getting engaged any time soon,” the insider said. The insider noted that Kendall and Devin “immensely” cared for one another. “Kendall likes the pace at which things are going at the moment and has no plans to elevate things so quickly.”
Throughout their two-year relationship, the lovey-dovey duo has been spotted packing on a ton of PDA at a number of events.
Back in September, the pair made headlines after they were seen getting super cozy during the U.S. Open men’s final. Photos showed the couple kissing and being touchy-feely throughout the event.
Several sources confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple ended their relationship las month due to their busy job schedules. “Both have incredibly busy schedules right now with their careers and they’ve decided to make that a priority,” a source revealed.
Kendall, 27, has been busy with her modeling career and the success of her 818 tequila brand. As for Devin, 26, the NBA has been keeping his head in the game. “They have a lot of love and respect for each other and wish only the best,” the source added.
The insider noted that the couple’s decision to end things was mutual and that, unfortunately, bad timing was the culprit. The insider also revealed that Kendall and Devin plan to stay in touch.
The couple has a brief history of splitting up. In June, outlets reported that the couple ended their relationship. But in August, Kendall took to her Instagram Stories, sharing footage from the couple’s date night confirming they were still together.
