Janelle Brown Wants Ex Sister Wife Christine to Remarry After Split From Kody
Janelle Brown asks a question all viewers want to know on the upcoming episode of Sister Wives.
The episode features a chat between Janelle, 53, and her former sister wife, Christine, 50, during their final days together in Flagstaff.
“Do you think you’ll remarry?” Janelle asked Christine, in a preview for Sunday’s episode.
Christine clarified — “Somebody else? Not Kody?” before responding, “I’m open.”
Kody and Christine announced their breakup in November 2021, after being spiritually married for more than 25 years. Janelle, who spiritually wed Kody in 1993, supported Christine’s decision.
“Well, what do you do when you’re 50 and healthy? You just can’t be alone for the rest of your life,” Janelle told cameras. “I’m just gonna be nosey and I’m going to ask.”
Janelle added—“I hope she remarries. It’s a very long time to be alone.”
Christine described her future as “a whole new life.”
“You’re no longer married,” Janelle agreed.
Christine admitted that she knew that she was “starting over again” after making the decision to leave the Brown clan.
“It’s so hard moving on and feeling OK all the time,” Christine said, of her upcoming move. “I know I’m changing so much. And I know I’m breaking so many hearts.”
Kody, who remains spiritually tied to first wife, Meri, second wife, Janelle, and legally married to fourth wife, Robyn, confessed that he was struggling amid the bombshell breakup.
“My heart is broken,” Kody said during a personal interview “And that might be why I’m so angry because I’m not dealing with the emotion. I’m fighting it.”
Christine spoke to Us Weekly last month and gave an update on her current love life.
“I’m just casually dating,” the mom of six said in October. “I’m not in the mood for any kind of a serious relationship, so one or two dates per person is all I’m gonna allow right now. [I’m] just keeping it casual. … I really just like being me more than anything.”
Christine confirmed that she was open to remarrying one day.
“I would definitely love to get married again,” she told the outlet. “And definitely only monogamy.”
Meanwhile, rumors have been circulating that Janelle has since walked away from Kody, after allegedly being nudged by Christine.
A source told The Sun that Kody’s ex was “100 percent” the person who “forced” Janelle to leave the Sister Wives patriarch.
“Janelle had no real reason to leave until Christine pointed it out to her,” the insider claimed.
Kody and Christine’s 21-year-old daughter, Gwendlyn, dished an update on her mother, during a recent appearance on a pal’s TikTok Livestream.
“Absolutely yes. She’s thriving so hard… Her life is so good right now. I’m so proud of her,” Gwen responded when asked if her mother was happy.
Gwen replied “Yes, I think,” when asked if only Meri and Robyn remained in the plural marriage.
