Captain Lee Rosbach enters rough waters as he navigates a new charter season alongside a new crew in Season 10 of Below Deck.

“St. Lucia is the most beautiful island in the Caribbean. It is green from the beach all the way up to the top. And it is lush — it is just out of a postcard,” the Bravo captain shares in a sneak peek at the upcoming season.

“I have been a captain 37 years. Everybody wants to be a captain until it is time to do captain s—t,” Captain Lee adds.

The Season 10 trailer reveals that Captain Lee will face injuries, a potential evacuation, and crew romances.

The new team will be a mix of new faces and past cast members, including Fraser Olender, who will replace chief stew, Heather Chase, and chef, Rachel Hargrove, who will return for her third go-round on the Bravo yachting series.

Newcomers, Hayley De Sola Pinto and Alissa Humber, will take on the interior, and bosun, Ross McHarg, will run the exterior with deckhands, Luis Antonio Duarte, Ben Willoughby, and Katie Glaser. The show will also feature Camille Lamb, the first person to work as both a deckhand and an interior stew.

The preview hinted that Season 10 might be Captain Lee’s farewell season, but his former co-star, Kate Chastain, shot down the rumors during an appearance on the “Unfiltered” podcast.

“He’s always coming back. I mean Captain Lee will probably be on Below Deck for as long as the show is on,” she said.“There is a saying that every good captain goes down with the ship and metaphorically Captain Lee would do that.”

She added—“Coming up on the new season of Below Deck airing this fall on Bravo, there is a change that happens. That has never happened before in prior seasons. And Captain Lee may or may not be the captain some of the time.”

Rahcel Hargrove

Captain Lee confirms that he’s keeping standards high in a featured confessional spot, noting that his expectations are “so far out of the f—king park.”

Chef, Rachel Hargrove shares — “After all these years I have kind of become the mercenary chef. I am just coming in to murder some s—t and be the bitch that gets you tipsy.”

Rachel announced her departure from the series after filming Season 10.

Fraser Olender, who will take charge of the interior for Season 10, worked as a second stew during Season 9.

“There’s a lot of drama,” the Brit teased during an interview at BravoCon. “We have a very interesting dynamic, but a successful season nonetheless.”

“I come from the old school of yachting, when you work hard you work hard. But first, you should be able to play hard,” bosun, Ross McHarg, explains in the trailer. “I have definitely overstepped that line but we try our best to be professional.”

Hayley De Sola Pinto, an aesthetics practitioner, reveals that others describe her as a “sensational stunning hot mess.”

Alissa Humber describes herself as a “definitely a flirty person. The attention is like a f—king dream on a yacht.” The trailer features snippets of the stew getting cozy with various crew members.

“I am a small-town Mississippi gal,” Camille Lamb, who will split her time between the deck and the interior, says. ”I am a really big personality and I love to twerk.”

Costa Rica native, Luis Antonio ‘Tony’ Duarte adds — “All my life fits in a backpack. If it doesn’t fit in a backpack then it must go away. Life is about collecting experiences.”

Australia native, Ben Willoughby, was inspired to join the yachting industry by a childhood friend. Ben boasts professional skills as a deckhand and a personal trainer.

Katie Glaser

Katie Glaser teases in a confessional spot — “Being a woman on deck you definitely feel like you have to work harder. I may be a pretty face but I know how to rock it.”

Katie moved from Colorado to Florida to experience life as a yacht stew, before shifting her focus to the exterior.

Season 10 of Below Deck premieres on Monday, November 21.
